We have just returned from an incredible weekend away at Ham Bottom.
As a group of friends, we have been back to stay at Ham Bottom & Fuzzy Orchard around 7 times over the past 12 years and every stay has been incredible.

The houses are simply 5star right the way through. As are the gardens and the views.

The Sleeps 12 team have been kind and professional every booking and have made.

Spotlessly clean, great facilities, beautiful location, easily managed 14 people .
Only very minor things stop it being a 5, downstairs TV wouldn't turn on towards the end of the week, a few table lamps didn't work.

Every time I rang and spoke to the office the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful both before and after our stay. The communication leading up to our stay was excellent as I was emailed with all the information I needed.

Knowledgeable and prompt responses. No query / question was an initial. Host manner and etiquette was top notch. Fantastic specification of appliances, brilliant space and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great house for 10 people well equipped great size pool ideal for family break

All ok , only down side being the large deposit need for the stay which is taken for 4 weeks even if your stay is a week.

We stayed in the first week of September for my mum’s 70th and had a wonderful time.
The house was lovely, the pool, sauna, hot tub and games room amazing.
It was the perfect place to spend time with Family.

We had the most amazing stay at Beaverbrook. Sleeps 12 were brilliant and so helpful with everything! They were so quick to respond and we had every detail we needed. The property was incredible, we were blown away! The hosts had thought of every little thing and were so lovely. There wasn’t one complaint. Superb!

We had such a great stay at the house - the set up really works for a large group and they really have thought about the details to ensure that the stay is as smooth as possible.

Booking on behalf of a large number of people meant I was frequently getting in touch with Sleeps 12 asking different questions that had been raised by individuals within our group. They were so helpful, friendly and patient and went out of their way to ensure I was happy. I have made a several bookings with this company and think they are first class.

One of the best places we've stayed. A really lovely spacious place beautifully renovated with great facilities. Clearly the owners have us stayers much in their thoughts to present an enjoyable experience. A lot of money has been spent to make the most of any stay and very well equipped to suit our crowd of friends. Well located and easy to get to with many places to enjoy. Great access to pubs and restaurants.
