Unless company

Unless company, don’t have half stock in and I made a payment by mistake. Seller ghosted me. Won’t answer messages or phone call. Informed the bank and the FCA. In process of informing the police due to illegal selling of pharmaceuticals. 0/10 use another site. Useless trash. Don’t use, also overpriced.

Avoid! Rude and some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

All I can say is I would never deal with this company ever again. If you purchase a Silentnight bed then go to the Silentnight website and deal with a supplier that is listed on that website....I may be wrong but I do not see their company there.

I am just going to copy and paste the e-mails between myself and (name) (the company founder and managing director) and you can make your own judgment if you want to do business with this company.

These e-mails are absolutely as they came and went with nothing missing......I am now posting this as I have finally received my bed (which is very nice and did arrive on the date and time we eventually agreed)

I have just come off the phone for the second time today to one of your customer sales staff who described herself as a manager...what can I say.....the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced and I am a contact centre customer services trainer for ******* Bank.
She put the phone down on me twice, told me I was talking to her like a piece of dirt.....can I just add this was after I asked her if should could please let me speak without interrupting me after she continued to do so for several minutes so I could get my point across which she failed to do then went off on a huge rant with me. I hope your calls are recorded as I would suggest you listen to the call at around 16:15 today on the 7th June ( please remember there were 2 calls as she put the phone down on me)
My inquiry today was regarding the delivery date I was given by Silentnight of the 25th June after I ordered my bed from you on the 5th June which, as I said, to your customer services "manager" was over the 14 days mentioned on your website. She then told me the 14 days was 14 working days which is quite clear on the website as it is "her that has to do it".
Can I just add at this point that this was not mentioned to me when I placed the order over the telephone and also only one place mentions (which was described to me by your "manager") 14 "working" days yet 2 other areas - a lot larger in size and one highlighted in red under your big red van just says 14 days.......I believe this to be misleading....why not put on all delivery quotes 14 Working days in all areas of the website.
I'm afraid at this point I am not happy to continue to do business with your company if that lady was your customer services....a terrible reflection on your business and most of your customers first point of contact
Such a shame as the initial 2 conversations I had with the lady that sold me the bed actually made me want to deal with you as a business.....what can I say, night and day.

It clearly states on every Silentnight individual product that it is 14 working days apart from the next day delivery items, which are also clearly stated.
No one has every reported this ever being a problem before since we have been running for the last ten years.
We shall cancel your order and your card will be refunded within 14 working days

I understand that. I either order the bed today and receive that within 14 working days from today or wait 14 working days for the refund and then have to wait another 14 days for the bed so please do not refund and re-order the bed which I will receive within 14 working days from today.

Terrible service, awful customer service, unreliable.

I would advise that nobody uses this company.
I ordered a bed through this company and used their specified delivery day service. I took the Friday off work to be at home for the bed. Half way through the day I rang sleeping solutions to check the status of my delivery. I was advised that the person who had loaded my delivery had only loaded two of the four packaged that the bed i ordered comes in, they aplogised and said that they would have the two packaged delivered for me that day and then would arrange for the remaining two packages to be delivered saturday morning. So a little annoying but no problems. However my bed didn't turn up on Friday or on the Saturday, not only did they not show up but the delivery company lied and told sleeping solutions they had been to our door and no one answered. LIE.

The customer service i received was terrible sleeping solutions had no ability to contact the delivery company or driver to resolve this and didn't seem to put much effort into trying, they were unapologetic, unable to deal professionaly with upset customers and even had the cheek to shout at me down the phone and hung up when I asked them for a refund. and this was apparently the manager of the company, they took no ownership of the problem and blamed on the rubbish delivery company they used, couldn;t answer why they used them if they considered them to be so rubbish

I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for your beds

False discount offers, cheaper elsewhere

I found this company through Quidco offering 10% cashback, so overall they came out slightly cheaper than other retailers on a £300 order. Delivery took ages but eventually arrived. They then declined the cashback so now I have paid more overall for using a firm I had never heard of, tricked by their false discount offers.
I called their general enquiries and a director answered (huge firm then?) who refused to sort out the declined cashback or to even pricematch even though they claim to do so. She even slagged off the competitors website saying "their sites very shoddy, not something I would recommend". Well sleeping solutions is definitely not recommended. Trading Standards were contacted and the money has amazingly now been paid.
It turns out this is a small outfit run out of a little unit with no stock. Everything is drop shipped by the manufacturer which is why it takes so long to get to you. Fools playing at the big I am....
