Awful company. I’ve emailed for weeks about getting a refund, and they haven’t replied a single time.
The product itself depends on adhesive gel pads that fell off minutes after applying them. The wristband wasn’t functioning properly, and the “shock” that is supposed to gently urge you to roll over is ineffective. Complete lack of accountability/customer service is the worst part.

Device never worked from day one. Sent several emails to request a refund and never heard back from them. Stay away from this company. Total scam

Rubbish items it's a con.
Brought two of these anti snore devices, one worked when I tested it but not after. The other never worked at all, cannot get in touch with this company complete waste of time and money. If you want to stop snoring stay awake because these devices wont stop you.

To cut to the chase, after my communications with the company, I got a refund through Amex who were great.
The company then just told me to keep the product f.o.c. So I binned it.

Totally burned by this company! Don't take the bait!OMG! Beware of these guys! Wish I'd read the other reviews on this site before I purchased the anti-snore band. The product doesn't work, but that's just the start of it. I tried writing a very polite letter, asking for a refund, and I was ignored over and over again. I tried "opening a ticket" on their website, but it wouldn't recognize my order number. (I was reading it right off of the invoice that accompanied the product.) I called the help center, and after being on hold forever, I was "helped" (HAHAHA) by "Mike," a man who started trying to sell me on keeping the product, taking a partial refund, a second (higher) partial refund, etc., etc., until he finally said that they were under no obligation to issue me a full refund, plus return shipping costs (yes they were, but he was in the mood to argue with me), and finally, he very coldly agreed to give me a return address, saying that I would be on my own to ship back the product, and that I would receive a refund if and when they ever received the product back at their warehouse. Well, I could see the next scenario: they would never receive it (it would mysteriously become "lost," I'm sure) and I would be completely out of the refund. So I agreed to take the partial refund and be done with it. That's how they're making their money! It doesn't matter one bit whether the product works or not. (It doesn't--trust me.) I hate bad guys, don't you? These people are just a bunch of sleazy scammers. DON'T get fooled like I did!

If it was possible I would give no stars. This company are a complete scam. Their products are a disgrace, poor quality over priced rubbish. They do not work and promise results that are completely unfounded. Please don’t waste your money I wish I had given them a wide birth I feel embarrassed I fell for it.

we received the item and after 4 days wrote to the company requesting return/refund details because all it did was keep my husband awake, we wrote on October 10th. and more after that date .We have still not received an answer and pretty soon the stipulated 30 days will have passed after which time returns are not possible

This is false as it doesn't even work a bit, & is junk! False advertising, a joke!

I was impressed with the product ad. If you snore it picks up the sound and shocks you. What could go wrong. Seems that the product shocks me when doing it manually but does not pick up any snoring or other sounds when turned on. Completely useless. Was offered $29.99 refund in 5 to 10 days. I threw mine in the trash.

Seller has obtained my email address through fraudulant email phishing database and is now spamming me with offers of their dubious products. Cheap company with zero business ethics or morals. AVOID.

This product never worked from the very beginning. Even after changing batteries several times I never received the green light. It is cheaply made-light plastic. When I called I was given the option to replace it with a new one at no charge. After reading the reviews I decided to get a refund in which they offered me less than 50% of what I paid for it! When I said that was not acceptable, she talked to a supervisor (maybe) and offered me 10.00 more. When I said no to that deal, she told me the only way that I could get a full refund was to send the entire watch back and that it could take up to 30 days or more to get a refund. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Please stop placing envelopes with the special offers on the outside of the boxes when shipping items to costumer's like myself. We never receive these offers not knowing what you are offering because the information is stolen from the envelop attached outside the box. They would steal the order receipt if not for my address is attached to it.

Purchased Anti-Snore wristband from Sleep Connection and unit stopped working after about 60 days. I contacted their customer service chat line as instructed seeking refund under my Lifetime Purchased warranty...was told they had no record of my order number and no refund would be given. This is a terrible company that make a poor product with non-existent customer service. Stay away...do not do business with them!!

I purchased an anti-snore wristband from Sleep Connection. It did not work. I then tried to return it but got a hard sell to keep it for 1/3 my $75. Then was told it would take three months to get a refund. I returned the item for a full refund and have been stymied at every turn. They make you prove that they receive it. Lost $75. Don't ever do business with this company.

Electrodes would not easy to put on. They curled up in balls so, of course, I had to use the watch like that and nothing happened. Would like a refund on my 2 watches but can't get any answer from my emails. I hope you honor your promise . Phone number is not a real number so obviously this company is a scam and I am out $120. I should have check the reviews.

Beware of this company!!!

Ordered product 2 months ago and I never received my ordered. I sent the company that I want my money back and the says to get full refund I have to send the product back!!!??? I don't have their product and I don't know if I will get itp! Basically they just don't want to give any refund $100!!

I ordered this for my husband and myself. The first negative is the instructions. It barely explains anything. It doesn't tell you how, or what position it.goes on the wrist band, the velcro side? Or the other side? It just says add the sticky to back of the device and then put it on your wrist. But NOTHING about the wrist band. Ok, put on the sticky, then put it which way on the wrist band and what side goes against your wrist? It tells you absolutely nothing!! Second of all, it SHOCKS you! Yes, just on level one, I tried it, and it hurts, and surprises you. I DONT want to be woke up by being shocked, it would scare me.to death! And that was just level one! Level 2 was way worse. I'm now in search of HOW to return this cheap piece of crap! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
