I have to say I received great customer service from Kelly. Although they delivered my goods to Amazon, Amazon never delivered to me. As I couldn't get in touch with customer service from Amazon I approached Kelly again as my last resort and received a full refund

Hello....I am disappointed that there is no address available. Its understandable that a product like Galaxy chocolate cannot be returned, I would be happy to return this to you to enable you to see what has happened to the chocolate. It has melted and not fit or safe to eat. Just to keep you alert. We are getting some very hot weather in Britain which is causing some concern in many areas. My lesson is not to order chocolate on-line.....or anywhere else probably. My waistline is cheering.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Absolutely horrendous experience with these guys I ordered a robot for my son off of eBay “new” the robot arrived in a box that had been opened previously and sellotaped back up (poorly may I add) the toy inside was also dirty so it was clear to me this was not “new” I messaged them via eBay and they accepted the return, they sent me a returns label which I was unable to open due to a technical error which I again had to message them about to ask them to resend me the label in a format I could view. This Kelly from the company who seems to be the only one working there never seemed to understand the simple issue I was having and kept going round in circles with responses which I feel was to stall the process. My returns timeframe has now been closed through eBay and so I have no way of returning my item. I have messaged Kelly again with no response and whenever I try (and I have been trying for just over 3 weeks) to call the company there is no answer. This company is an absolute joke! Do not order anything from them I’m pretty sure they aren’t even a genuine company! Terrible experience, terrible company!!

I ordered tower of treats x 2 when they eventually arrived they were filled with the wrong contents i recieved them nov 15
They were Christmas presents
I spent the next 4 weeks trying to exhcange for the correct ones theirreply was the same
Return for refund but i just wanted an exchange
I emailed many times and Kelly replied
I even asked if she understood what the difference between refund and exchange meant
Its now Dec 20 and now i have ran out of time so my only option is to open the boxes and refill
What a useless company i will never use again !!

Absolutely terrible company. They sent the wrong order and refuse to refund me. When I ordered again the item simply didn't turn up. Completely awful customer service. Do not use them.

Ordered pampers nappies via Amazon sold Slamtech these nappies are out of date had a made date of 2019 its now October 2024
The nappies are hard as a brick and feel full of beads

Kelly from customer support was incredibly helpful and quick to reply for each of my issues with an undelivered package. Excellent service.

Worst company ordered energy drinks on amazon for next day delivery 3 days later and nothing update on amazon says delayed not dispatched yet even though slamtech are saying we have dispatched your item after reading all reviews from others im not surprised will be avoiding them next time i order from amazon if i see slamtech i will not be ordering

Ordered a 1lt bottle of Balsamic vinegar they sent a 1kg box of Almond biscuits. Still fighting 11 days later to get it uplifted and replaced. Useless!

Great company, they went above and beyond to deliver my parcel.
Pete was exceptional, very kind, he made sure we got our item on time.
Can’t thank slamtech enough, I was searching everywhere for this teddy for a child’s birthday and they have made one child happy. Would recommend, genuine hardworking people.

I ordered 48 cans of Perrier sparkling water costing £59.48. They were meant to be delivered 1 day after I received the confirmation email. 6 days later when they still hadn't been delivered I sent an email and left a voicemail. I received an email reply a further 7 days later saying they were unable to find the correct details and requesting me to send my order details. I did this and have not had any further contact from them. In the meantime half of the order was brought to me by someone who lives a quarter of a mile away. He said the broken box had been sitting in front of an empty property. He said only 24 can were left there.
I have given this update to Slamtech but they are not bothering to reply.

Since I wrote this review I have received an apology from Slamtech and they have refunded the money they owe me so at least they have put right the problem although it took 3 weeks

Do not use this company! Order was never received, they were unwilling to help and said it was my issue. Then proceeded to ignore my correspondence.
Very poor and shocking customer service!

I was sent the wrong items. In spite of ringing twice and leaving a message each time (there was nobody to answer the phone) and emailing them I have had absolutely no response. An expensive mistake!!!

If you’re worried they might send you the wrong item then don’t use them - they’re rubbish!

Great prices and fast free delivery, I'm a regular customer due to how good this company is, out of all the orders I've made I've only had 1 issue which was due to my order being damaged during transit however a few days later they instantly issued a refund. As someone who was skeptical to originally try this website they definitely provide good products with a good reliable service.

ordered a box of Walkers cheese and onion crisp 32 in total , they arrived promptly then i noticed that the crisps were all dated 09/12/23 . 3 months out of date.
Got in contact with them and wanted photos which i did then they wanted more photos and since then heard nothing.
Had to get in touch with Amazon to sort it out and they did there and then, i would never use this company again , should never be allowed to trade.

Ordered Philippo Berio Olive oil 2x5L bottles. Delivery by Amazon team on 13 December 23.Opened the pack to find both bottles expiring on 31 December 23. Rang, emailed many times to return the item and refund as can't use 10 L in 2 week 's time. Numerous attempts to contact them failed. I will be contacting the Trading Standards and make a complaint. This company is a fraud and has to be avoided at all cost. Does not deserve even 1 star.

Ordered quality street on Amazon to be delivered to Northern Ireland and they cancelled the order with no explanation why. It was only 3 days later when I asked my daughter (she has prime) to check if it had been delivered that we realised it had been cancelled. Money not going to be refunded before Christmas and had to buy from another supplier. Only just seen other reviews for this company! I'm surprised Amazon allow them to sell on their platform! One start review is too generous!

Ordered 10kg bag of Tilda basmati. It arrived split, with rice loose in the package and looking like the holes in the bag were created by a mouse or similar. No answer to emails or phone calls. Appalling customer service - won't use again.

Ordered a Polly Pocket aeroplane via Amazon. Received a completely different product that was maybe £25 cheaper. Struggled to get response to emails and a refund still hasn’t been made. I will be going through my credit card company to try and get reimbursed the fees. Complained to Amazon, nothing was done. Why are @Amazon still using this company!!
