Trying to watch live sports on Sky Sports on mobile is an exercise in futility - it simply sends you around a loop of logging in, instruction to view in Sky Sports app, opening the app and end up where you started!
Nothing new mind, Sky’s IT has always been bad (except the subscription collection bit of course) - I suspect inadequate user testing.

Please give those women commentators the women,s football...and leave the men to the mens game.
Of course I watch with the mute button.
Will be reconsidering whether I renew my account in the New Year!!!

Coverage of women’s League Cup Quarterfinal is absolute awful! No game by game coverage, only “multi view”. 4 games simultaneously on screens means you can’t really watch any game. Sky should be ashamed to undervalue women’s football.
Coverages jumps around so frequently neither viewers nor commentators can properly follow any game.

So I've just watched Leeds batter Palace 4-1 only to sit through the most boring 30+ mins of Everton/Arsenal analysis?!?!??!

Sky are utterly clueless and they wonder why such wonderful songs about them echo around Elland Road. Get your cheque book out and have a specific analyst team for each game your showing....... pathetic coverage!!!

When watching live EFL football last Wednesday evening (9/
12/25) on Sky Sports+ app via the SkyQ box / Sky fibre broadband, the live stream simply failed on around the 35th minute. Blank screen then eventually a message saying something about a fault.
Live picture and sound eventually returned at the start of the 2nd half (for approximately 2 minutes) before failing again.
I was aware from various football fans forums that the fault was affecting viewers nationwide, so was clearly a fault with Sky’s broadcast service.
I duly complained via Sky’s website and 5 days later received a garbled voicemail message from their Indian call centre which was just words with no meaning. Also received an email which suggested that I reboot the Sky Q box and broadband router to resolve the issue! Very useful when the live event I wanted to watch was 5 days previous.
I have responded to Sky to ask why they won’t acknowledge that the issue with live coverage was at their end not mine, as thousands of others were experiencing the same issue at exactly the same time.
Shoddy service and extremely shoddy customer service.

Trying to watch the 2025/6 darts’s,is this a channel of advertisement with a bit of darts chucked in unbelievable adverts longer than the actual games plus all the useless chat to make up time and that female commentator is she on the right program 🤯why does she even bother wearing a dress revolting,sure she’s a nice lady but get a grip it’s supposed to darts not lets see what i can get away with,,day two my watching will be very limited

Sky Sports Plus App is a waste of time , trying to watch a Championship match last night the streaming broke down every 5 mins & took 10 minutes or more to come back on and then went off again after 5 mins therefore the 2nd half was missed . The message on screen “ due technical promblens no service try later” I found an Sky email address complained and the reply was “due to technician problems there were problems with the streaming” No point in telling me what l already knew. For what they charge this isn’t good enough if they want to provide such a service they need to get their act together as it’s not the first time as a few weeks ago same app another Championship match & no live pictures until half time.

The normal Sky Sports channels are fine but as soon as you watch anything on Sky Sports Plus, you can guarantee that it will constantly break up. This is not an issue with my connections as I caneatch anything else. They are charging money for this and they conveniently always manage to take the payment but don't provide the service. They also uphold the contract even though they fail to provide it.

Firstly they misrepresent the games broadcast. So many of the premier and champions league games are only on TNT not Sky.
The games they do show are constantly interrupted with no picture or no sound and in some cases neither.

The quality keeps going down yet the subscription keep going up

They keep telling you to 'believe in better' but all that happens is they show fewer quality sporting events and more adverts

It's consistent in being rubbish. Football coverage the camera crews or planners show the coaches or crowd when the ball is in play , missed two live goals at the last count. Golf coverage is disgusting with , supposed live and we get morons in the studio or other rubbish while live play is going on which we are missing. looking at results tonight and not a mention of our under 21's women losing to the USA . Sky sucks big time.

Sky Sports News mentioned before 5pm this evening they would get highlights/comments from the three Scottish games that were on today. At least six station breaks later still nothing. They have covered the EPL games and the Qatar Grand Prix over and over. Do Sky Sports forget that they have subscribers/viewers north of the border?

Cant even explain how wrong this platform has it wrong. Its a UK!!!! broadcaster that is all about England… and even when other nations in UK do brilliant its all compared against England or endless condescending/sarcastic comments. Yet When have England ever done F@@k all worthy. NEVER!!! When we talk about National teams this is why literarily most of the world want England to loose, its your own doing and play victim! Yawn 🥱 If we are talking about domestic league- no argument England PL is in my opinion the top league.
