Un-Happy Customer

The Sky Shopy company online purchase website. I had ordered online massager on this website. After receipt, I found it has big crack and was unable to use. Immediately I had informed to the company. They informed me verbally and through that ap per their company policy Replacement and Money Refund is not possible. After this, I did many reminders but no answer from this company.

Such unethical work can be done by a non-professional and fraudulent company. Be aware of this company and do not purchase anything from this company else you will also have the same type of trouble and you will lose your money.

Not giving refund for my order

Not giving refund for my order which I prepaid a day ago. I also not received any mail from their side that I made an order and so and so order number , then called them they say orally the order number. This itself triggered me something fishy.
So I asked for refund. They responded tomorrow it will get dispatched and we cant refund prepaid orders.
But they didn't ship my order, I saw the reviews of their app it was negative reviews stating they ship defective product or half product.
Note that standard shipping cost is Rs 250 its fixed.
