POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
They sold me a bike with a bad battery.
When i got home i put it on a tender, it stayed on red, not taking 100% charge, i changed cable on the bike and also tried another tender but still stayed steady red! I contacted Patrick, explained the circumstances and told him i had ordered another battery as i didnt trust this one. He wasnt sure what he could do as im 170 miles away. But asked me to send him my invoice , which i did. I said just give a amazon gift card to cover my expenses. I emailed 3 times and got no further response!!! I explained you sold me a expensive motorcycle and from day 1 the battery was bad, the least you can do is reimburse what i had paid out.... Heard nothing!!!
All i can say is AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT YOU!!!
