Quality and price
Excellent price on sale items I purchased and delivery was very quick, although the limit of £99 to get free delivery is a bit off putting. Recent contact with customer service over the phone was a good experience.

We called in for a race day suit, couldn't find what we where looking for, then up popped shellie and was absolutely fantastic within 15 mins we where all suited and booted, thank you so much shellie, you made a frustrating experience into a pleasurable one, seriously they dont pay you enough 😊

This really should be a complaint because I only called in for a new shirt.
Daf assisted me and he was brilliant. I ended up buying a shirt, a suit, two pairs of shoes and some other stuff.
I really like the Skopes range. If you have big thighs from doing sports, the trousers just fit properly and best of all, it's good quality at a reasonable price.

Venkat was brilliant
Venkat at Metro centre store in Newcastle, was very helpful and professional, helping me to choose a suit for my brother’s wedding. I don’t usually like suit shopping and I can be fussy but he made the experience fun and I was so pleased with my new suit and pocket watch. Great price too.
