Tried to purchase in store but unable to get my size. Went on website and ordered what i wanted and got the items. Ordered 2 trousers of different sizes and return for one not needed was free and easy to do.
Would purchase from here again.

TBH I buy most of my clothes in supermarkets so it was a bit of a culture shock to be in a proper clothing shop!
I went to Skopes in the York outlet and I have to say I thought the service was excellent despite the fact I was looking at at heavily discounted suit. Definitely recommended. The suit I bought was great value for money.

Order a 3 piece suit for my sons wedding at the last minute, paid for next day delivery And was with me early afternoon the next day. I ordered a size too big on jacket and trousers, so sent back fee returns and ordered the correct size that came early the following day. Fits me like made to measure, and Im 6ft 6". Quality made and great price. Would definitely use this company again. Always answers the phone when you ring with an enquiry and very helpful.
Haven't been refunded yet for bits I sent back but it was only a few days ago and the weekend was right upon us.

Great products, and great customer service.. Can not fault them for sorting my issues in good time and to a good satisfaction. Highly recommend on quality of products and customer care.

Great fitting and very fair prices good quality menswear jackets

Just bought a suit and some shirts at the designer outlet in Livingston. I was assisted by Elliot, who went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed. Great service and value for money. I will have no worries in recommending Skopes to friends and family.

Dalton Park store today. David was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. Got exactly what we wanted.

Suit was just what what was required and fitted well and was of good quality. It was easy to order and the sizes were in stock. Delivery would have been rapid if it hadn't been for Evri who aborted delivery twice before finally delivering two days late.

I visited the Westfield store at Shepherds Bush looking for a suit for a wedding. Two members of staff were chatting and totally ignored me as I browsed. The suits are very cheap looking and IMO poor quality. I bought elsewhere.

Returned the first suit ordered online as I wasn't keen. Return process very easy and refund was prompt.
Then purchased another suit in store. Absolutely delighted and the service from shop staff was excellent.

Got served by Leon. Very knowledgeable and sorted a lovely suit in a timely manner. His assistance was appreciated x
