We have moved to a superior product which is favoured by our parents and easier to use. Without notice they put third party advertisements on our school communications. They also made no specific note of the subscription renewal conditions on the correspondence sent. Unless you provide written notice 30 days before renewal they will charge you for 12 months even if you have stopped using the product prior to the renewal date. To find out about this condition you have to read through 29 pages of conditions. We will never use this product again.

While the app works well for communication the use of ads coming through looking like they are being prompted by the school is concerning. I feel it needs to be clearer about the fact that it is an advertisement and not from the school.

The app is SO frustrating to use. Frequently logs you out, so you have to carry around your password or remember it just so you're ready to log back in when it decides to turf you out. Phone apps would be unusable if they all behaved this way. Also, school has advised that it's difficult for them to categorise messages, so everyone is just sent everything, meaning receipt of many irrelevant messages. Lobbying school to get rid of this app asap.

Paying for app that doesn’t work over a year, no support can’t find a number to contact them . Emails don’t get response after a months with no response, keep delaying our emails after demanding to Cansel account but keep on direct debitting ..
Reading other comments as well not surprised!! Money making scam!!

i dont like it at all, its clunky, unclear, i cant change my email on it, hard to work out what Im looking for on it. I dont recommend at all

It would also be great if it was easier to find a phone number as an option when requiring assistance, rather than just by email or online.

The app is great however it would be an advantage to be able to add eforms as a link into the Newsletter

We are very happy with Skoolbag. It is easy to use once you have had a short training session. We find it very convenient and good value.
