I visited their London Wall clinic for botox and filler just under two weeks ago and was treated by Torkan Hirbod (awful practitioner). I had a dreadful experience which resulted in Torkan being verbally abusive to me on the phone. I was contacted by senior management who agreed that the way I had been treated was appalling. However, it gets worse. Around a week post treatment, I started to notice significant asymmetry in my face, the right side of my face has been overtreated with botox, causing my eyelid to droop and poor placement to the left side of my face has resulted in a misshapen eyebrow. During this time, I have also been reviewed by two professionals, a cosmetic dentist and an NHS surgeon, who have both confirmed the results are from improper placement of botox. They have both written reports of their findings.

I attended a review appointment with nurse Amy, on Saturday at the Harley Street clinic. Amy was lovely and agreed with me that results were unsatisfactory. She also gave me the unfortunate news that the only thing she could do was attempt to even out my facial features by matching the overtreated side, meaning that there would be drooping to both sides of my face, but it would look slightly better than before. As botox cannot be removed, my only option is to wait 12 weeks for the botox to wear off. In spite of all this, I have not once been offered a refund. Absolutely disgraceful! I have since reported the wall clinic to the regulator - the Care Quality Commission, who are contacting me later to gather more information. I have taken several pictures as proof of the damage caused and have requested a full refund from my credit card company.

I love my appointments with SKN Chester. Dalia and Katrina are so welcoming and put you at ease. I have been visiting SKN for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I fully trust their advice when discussing treatments and my treatments have given my aging skin a boost (and my confidence too!).

I left feeling delighted with the results. Katrina creates such a beautiful, calming atmosphere, and her passion for what she does truly shines through. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a premium skincare experience — I will definitely be returning.

The best in the game! Honestly couldn’t recommend Katrina and the team any more!! If needed I will be back!! Clinic was spotless and nice and smooth!!

Katrina & Dalia were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They both talked me through everything and my questions were answered thoroughly.

My experience here at skin was great as i got to know more about my skin improvements and what to do to make it better. Paige was amazing she did great she explained everything very well. My appointment was with Katrina. She was professional, as always, and carried out the treatment in a very organised and thorough manner. Her attention to detail and calm approach made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and I left feeling very satisfied with the treatment. I would highly recommend her.

Lovely staff, great service, had laser treatment several times before and have had no issues

First visit, received a lovely welcome from Katrina, friendly and informative, putting us at ease instantly. Concerned for our wellbeing, during a heatwave, she moved us to a cooler area of the clinic. Dalia has provided a treatment plan providing optimisim for the future. Both Katrina and Dalia very professional and reassuring.

I had a consultation and treatment today with Katerina. She was professional and knowledgeable and I am happy with the treatment that was recommended. Whilst Katerina recommended some skin care products to compliment the procedure, there was no pressure to purchase anything, which I was worried about before my consultation. I would recommend this clinic.

During my appointment at Chester for laser treatment, Dalia made me feel at ease, was very knowledgeable and caring. I particularly liked her checking how I was feeling during treatment, and ensuring that I had medication if needed. The whole experience was enjoyable! Thank you.
