Faulty after 6 months: Vibrant Village Smart Lights Baby Play Gym

I ignored all of the bad reviews of the Skip Hop Vibrant Village Smart Lights Baby Play Gym on John Lewis and went ahead and added it to my baby shower list. I really hoped all the bad reviews were rare experiences and maybe they had rough and tumble older siblings that made the lights stop working.

Sadly, it is a very faulty product and the lights stopped working after 6 months. I contacted SkipHop on instagram and they gave me an email address at some company called Carters in the USA (I'm in the UK) which I have not heard back from.

March 2022 - received the baby gym
May 2022 - started using baby gym (not heavy usage, only a few times a week)
October 2022 - lights started failing
February 2023 - contacted SkipHop.

Still waiting for a response!

This company has no consumer support in the UK, so it is best to choose another supplier.

This baby gym was nearly £100 and not worth it at all for how long the functions lasted.
