The person that made this purchased is using a fraudulent account my bank has contacted me and so has Texas federal bureau of investigation the person has the mailing address to ship to but we are in Oklahoma all charges have been frozen and criminal activity is being witnessed as of right now

In short, I never received my package, and it has been nearly 3 weeks of going back and forth with SkinStore customer service and I still don't have my items or a refund.
I placed an order with SkinStore which was shipped with the courier Pandion. The order was tracked as out for delivery in a city hundreds of miles from the delivery address. The package was marked as delivered and I never received it. It's been 3 weeks of following up with SkinStore customer service and there has been no resolution.
My recommendation is just shop at Sephora who has much better customer service.

Pretty good - last order received in record time so quite pleased with that, thank you. This order all my savings were eaten up in shipping fees so not as happy - actually ended up paying the original cost when all said and done - hopefully the product is worth it.

I was trying to buy a special gift for my sister. She loves the Senseuticals 50 SPF tinted sunscreen. (Sadly, she has Melanoma.) When I looked into choosing The skinStore where she recommended I buy it, I was offered a 20% discount.
It took me about 30 minutes (working with an online SkinStore help person) to find out that the discount did not apply to the Skin store, but do another store that I was not familiar with, and not comfortable buying from.
So I felt “duped.”
