This product I bought for weight loss, it didn't help loose weight but it really helped in other ways. My hair and nails are amazing and I have terrible knees. Used to get shots in them. Drinking this has helped my knees immensely. I can now walk and play with my grandchildren

I used the product for 30 days. There was never any helpful effects. Did not curb my appetite, or remove any cravings, just did nothing. Now I know people are gonna say...."only 30 days, not long enough" but since it is advertised as helpful that quickly, that is the expectation.
