I am extremely disappointed with Skin.Club.
This was not about losing 200 SEK – it was about a skin worth around 3,000 SEK. On top of that, I had already spent a significant amount of money on the platform and reached a high level as a very active customer.
Despite that, when I asked for help, I received no compensation, no goodwill gesture, and no real solution. My case was reviewed multiple times, but the only response I got was that their decision was final.
I feel completely let down as a loyal customer. After investing so much money into this platform, I expected much better customer support.
I have also heard from other users who say they have lost valuable items in similar situations, which makes me even more concerned about how these cases are handled.
Because of my experience, I have lost all trust in Skin.Club. I will never use this platform again and cannot recommend it to others.

We understand that this concerns a skin worth around 3,000 SEK and that the lack of compensation feels especially disappointing given how active you have been on the platform.
When Steam Trade Reversal is used, Steam automatically reverses all protected trades made within the previous seven days and returns each item to its previous Steam owner. The withdrawn skin does not return to Skin.Club, so we are unable to retrieve it, resend it, or re-credit its value. This consequence is shown in the warning before withdrawal and is also explained in our FAQ.

Okay let me start. Im someone that earns above average and im not some mad guy that lost money. But listen to me. I lost 3000 $ in 2 days and i didnt won item larger than 100$. System is completely rigged. Its crazy. At 3000$ at least they could give me back 1500$ and i wouldnt be mad at all. Delete and ban this site. ASAP I MEAN ASAP. One more thing. You know when you see under the case what did the case gave in the past, like 2 mins ago, 1 hour ago. Its fake. 90% of those “people” are bots. You can check by yourself. For example i saw someone got good knife. Like 2000$ knife and i entered their profile checked their last winnings and OH MY. It showed me he won like 6 knifes in like 10 spins. And thats impossible.so i had free time and i decided to go and see their inventory in CS . And of course non of those knifes were there. Like 0. And 0 items also. They put that to make you think there are people that are winning so you think “oh they won i gotta win now”. Thank you for your time people and please DELETE THE SITE. Give it a 1 star review so we can shut it down and destroy it as fast as we can.
