We are so sorry to hear that your parcel was delivered so far away from your office location 😟
I can see in the tracking information that the freight company attempted delivery to your address outside of your opening hours, and have therefore left the package to be picked up at a parcel shop. I am still researching the reason why it has been redirected to a parcel shop further away than other ones, but this typically happens when other parcel shops don't have enough storage.
