The only issue was writing on the cake even I paid 25 SEK for writing but it was very ugly.

The lady answering the phone was very brief in answering questions and on the second call she actually hung up. The order made online was delivered though and the recipients were satisfied.

I recently placed and order with your company about a cake that I wanted sent to Stockholm. The delivery was perfect and it went smoothly as discussed. The cake was fresh and delicious and delivered on time.
But, I would like to point out that it was quite difficulty for me to browse your website and figure out the steps that I had to take to use your services. The problem is that your website is available only in Swedish and there is no option for English, that makes it hard for people to use your services without knowing Swedish (Google translation does not always have good results).
Aside from the difficulties I am overall satisfied and I want to thank you for the good service.

The cake was delivered on time to my recipient and he absolutely loved it. But they didn't write the text on the cake I requested and paid for.
They were really helpful to me since I can't speak Swedish and everything worked good except for that small thing.
