We were most surprised and dissapointed to receive your review as this is the first that we have heard from you. We've checked into your order which you did on the 27th and it was sent the same day and delivered on the 29th by Royal Mail.
We have sent you a copy of the tracking details and where they have said that they placed a card through your door to say where the parcel is.
