Like numerous reviews, I am disappointed by these horribly uncomfortable shoes. They are too narrow, so they pinch. They are incredibly stiff so when walking the shoe does not bend to keep it comfy. The insole is useless and is not even remotely cushiony. The annoying squeek while walking is unbearable. Images are deceiving as they look like elastic laces but they are normal laces which I hate.

Additionally, I had not received any update on the pickup after 3 business days and I received a snarky remark from their online team. Why does it state it takes 6 to 7 days for standard shipment - is this rubbish from China?

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. After this, I will delete my account and buy other brands (eventually replace 10 pairs of Skechers that I have in my sneaker collection).

I want to apprise you about my worst experience and worst product I had ever purchased of such high value of rs . 18000 which had a life of less than 40 days…

I had purchased Skechers Aero burst Shoe worth rs 18000 on 12 March 2026.
The shoe did not even perform for 40 days and all the threads and lining of the shoe began to come off and this company has the worst Customer service ever with no resolution.

Pls don’t invest on such useless Company..

I bought my pair of sketchers an year ago from pakistan . I barely wore them as i had to go through a knee replacement surgery and was under rehab for 6 months.got a chance to wear them on the last four months and the comfort pad at the back is worn out already and the shoe has been hurting me on walking. I have gotten in contact to the nearest outlet but they are offering no help at all on how to be able to wear them comfortably again

The staff at the Skechers in Amarillo TX are polite helpful and friendly.

Really great design but sadly absolute rubbish soles/heels.
My wife wanted a pair of Sketchers slip-ins and was delighted with their comfort and ease of getting them on.
We will however never buy any more as the sole/heels are a thin rubbery skin over a soft foam sub base so after very little use the surface wore off and the cellular foam core erodes rapidly. Absolute rubbish.

I was just at the Heartland Sketchers store and Tammy was serving us. She was terrific. She offered her help but allowed us time to review products on our own. She popped in and out to see how we were doing and offered some great recommendations along with some personal insight. I have worked in hospitality for years and she was terrific. Thanks Tammy, we’ll be back!

My daughter bought me a pair of the slip-ins. I wore them two weeks. They were comfortable enough and convenient to slip in to. I dont want any more Sketchers. They grab rocks and stones and bring them into the house and drivers side of the car. The rocks are dime and quarter size.
They were a gift to me. I didn't want to hurt her feelings, so I never mentioned it to her. I will just give them to Goodwill in a couple months.

Purchased a pair of “Slip ins” at £105.00.
Now the heel part , where your foot “slips in” has worn to the state where there is a hole. Emailed customer care and was told “Looking at your shoes and considering they've been worn for over 6 months, what you're seeing appears to be consistent with natural material changes”
So if you want a pair of shoes to last longer than 6 months DO NOT BUY SKECHERS

I must respectfully disagree with all the negative reviews. Yes, my first experience at the Skechers store was only negative because I didn't stay long enough to try on many shoes. But all that changed recently, when I decided I was GOING TO BUY A PAIR OF SLIP-ONS. I had an amazing experience with DONNA, a Skechers associate who had been at the S. Venice store for about 3 years. She was the most helpful and knowledgeable retail associate I've ever dealt with. I told her what I was looking for, and my size, and I didn't expect them to have my 4D width in stock. She brought me 2 pairs of shoes, and the first pair was so perfect, I didn't even try on the second pair. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned in my entire life of 72 years. They go on and off in seconds, and are not loose or tight... they are PERFECT. I could sleep in these shoes easily. My toes are all very happy. All you naysayers out there, just didn't have DONNA as your salesperson. Go back to the S. Venice store, and ASK FOR DONNA. If she isn't scheduled, find out when she is, and GO BACK! After such an transcendent experience with DONNA, I wanted to purchase the entire store stock, even though most of the shoes wouldn't fit, I could give them all away, right?

Common sense prevailed and I just purchased a pair of sandals, and 15 pairs of socks, in addition to my slip-ons.
If you live within 100 miles of the S. Venice store, call and find out when DONNA is there and GO SEE HER! I give you my personal, and fully legal guarantee, she will exceed your highest expectations. No doubt she'll be store manager soon, then regional manager, and eventually Skechers CEO. If any of her superiors are reading this, GIVE HER A MASSIVE RAISE! Keep her happy or, before you know it, she'll be coming after YOUR JOB. Thanks again, Donna, for your amazing customer service, for your attention to detail, and for finding for me THE MOST COMFORTABLE PAIR of shoes that have ever graced my feet!!!

Are this shoe made from skat because that’s what my feet smell like after wearing them

I love these shoes. I’ve been wearing them for years however I’ve ordered from Skechers online to get the right selection and I paid for expedited shipping three times now they’ve never once kept their commitment two of the trips I have planned. I had to buy shoes at the last minute. I gave them a chance this time I paid for the expedited shipping and he told me the shoes would be here today and now they’re just pushed it back another four days so it’s the night before my trip. I have to leave everything I’m doing and go out and get shoes when I talk to them. They said they really can’t control their carrier. Well if you can’t control your carrier what happens to your customer? I’ll tell you what happened. This is the third time I ordered shoes that I’m not gonna have and as much as I’d love sketchers this is the last time because if you can’t keep your commitment to your customers, what can you do? Your carrier issues are not my carrier issues thanks for nothing. I have to leave now because I have to go find shoes.

Fit the shoes in store at Square One Mississauga. Fit the shoes again at home and realize it is not as comfy as my other sketchers shoes. We return the shoes 5 days after we purchase it. BTW when we purchase it the saleslady gave us a free bag if we leave the box and of course we agree. Now that we are returning the shoes, the manager said the shoes was already worn and can't accept the return. How do we know we like the shoes if we don't try it.

I have purchased 3 pairs of sketchers now, slip in shoes.
Great idea, comfortable and easy for use especially for people with limited mobility.
However main criticism is the tred pattern on the bottom of the shoe the 5 mm / 6 mm canyons between blocks which tend to pick up and jam small stones under the shoe, thus damaging flooring surface when you return home wood flooring / marble/ tiles.
I suggest you change this pattern to stop this problem which is most frustrating.

Skechers should be avoided at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent. If you order anything from them it takes at least almost two weeks to get your order if you receive it. Go to Zappos online they have great customer service and hundreds of brands with sizes up to size 22 and all the various widths. They ship the next day. They also have better sales on all sorts of brands.

We purchased these Skechers shoes last year, and during the rains, the color started bleeding. This is quite unexpected, my white shoes turned pink and is not in a condition to wear now. On talking to customer care they are suggesting they cant do anything about it.

Once again Emma continues to give a truly wonderful service ensuring I got the correct fit and comfortable shoes. This is for the Shrewsbury UK store.

I got the shoe, found out I didn’t like it and returned it. Guess what they said I had wore them, I did not, but from a consumer facing company it’s the part of doing business of selling shoes online. They don’t get it, I will never buy their shoes online again and will only buy in store or use a third party online store. Don’t trust this online retailer

I recently purchased Sketchers Slip ins and I absolutely love them. I have very flat feet and pronation. These are the most comfortable shoes I have and I wear them all the time. They support my feet where needed. I highly recommend them. I have to also say that in the past I purchased a pair of sandals that were supposed to support my feet and were twice the price of the Sketchers, which are reasonably priced.
