Sick leave refund policy

They offer service not to pay for electric power while you are on scik leave.
Last two times they used a variety of tools to avoid and prolong process, from "we lost your papers send it again" to the "the boy who pick up our mail from the post box forgot it".
First you need to ask for the form to be sent by the post, then you wait WEEKS to arrive. Usually, you need to ask again and then again wait WEEKS to arrive. Then You send it there (once paid 20 euros to track the letter and found that no one pick it up there, letter just sit in the box and return to you). Then you need to send it again.
All in all, whole procedure take months instead days. It was like that several years ago and it is like that right now.
Very serious bunch of cheating scheme. Stay away if you not want to waste your time, money and nerves.
