AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Where do I start??
First of all you meet on a small dodgy industrial estate, where all there cars are parked on a grass verge, no show room or unit or garage.
When arriving the car was parked ready, all looked nice from the outside, lovely and clean I cant complain about that. Told we could take it for a test drive but only on the industrial estate so cant pick up any more speed than 20mph, you drive so far then you have to turn around and come back.
We Decided to buy the car, when arriving back home (1hour 50 mins away) we had a look as best we could underneath the rear of the car with the camera on our phone because on our drive home we could hear knocking, squeaking and banging which got louder the quicker we drove.
To our discovery the car was an absolute rot box.
We took some photos and Sent them accross to the seller, they agreed to get the work fixed, a few days later we drove the car back to them (1hr50) they kept the car for a few days and took it to there garage to have looked at and be "fixed".
We had a message a few days later and said the work had been done and the car was ready to be collected. We day insured our other vehicle and drove again the 1hour 50 mins to fetch the car, we got the car it home, the knocking had stopped but it still didn't feel right. From the original photos we sent to what needed fixing they had only done half the work.
We decided to get a mechanic we know to have a look, got the car up on ramps, the subframe strut braces were completely rotten to the point they were failing, this is why handling felt off. The work that had been done they had bolted new suspension struts to a rotten failing subframe. Underneath the car was that corroded the back end moved as you drove.
Baring in mind the car had 10 months MOT on it. Obviously a fake MOT. There was an inch diameter hole in the subframe. The mounting brackets were completely rotten to the point they'd failed.
We called the sellers and explained the work hadnt been completed?? After a phone call conversation they said we could take it to a garage local to us and get all the work done that needs doing (which should of been done in the first place). 2 days later after we had been looking for a local garage we had a message saying that they were prepared to give £200 towards the cost of getting this car road safe which would of cost well over £1000 or our money back and return the car. So if we decided to keep the car we'd be paying over £800 to get it road worthy!!
We decided to get a refund as the MOT was clearly fake so didnt know what else would be wrong with it.
As we'd driven back there twice to drop off and collect the car resulting in loosing days work and time we said they could collect the car.
When the car was collected I asked the seller what they were going to do with the car as its not road safe, he replied "going to get the car fixed and sell it" i asked why this couldn't of been done for us and he replied because hes going to sell it for more. I asked the seller why was a new part attached to a rotten failing structural part, surely the garage would of seen that? He replied "they only fixed what I asked them too" so they knew the vehicle was unsafe.
I mentioned that we were over £350 out of pocket due this whole situation what with taxing the car, insurance on the car, fuel for the 4 hour round trip TWICE to get "fixed" and 2 days off work doing so, the seller replied "So am bloody i" no apology, no sympathy. They clearly just wanted the car back as we were aware the MOT was fake.
I had a phone call off the son and I mentioned there '100 mile drive before selling policy' he said the car had done the 100 mile policy, I asked how come the noises weren't picked up on and the son replied "if you havnt noticed, my dad's got hearing aids" and he laughed. So if the test driver cant hear, he shouldn't be test driving.

Plenty of photos and video evidence
