Proper scammers! They will blame you on damages which were already present and then will question the authentity of your photo/videos if presented with it. The tank was 7/8 full, so be aware of that- the stealing starts from there. STAY AWAY from them unless you want to pay triple!

I was left stranded at Riga Airport on Christmas Eve because the company refused to accept my legal documents. Just 15 minutes later, I hired a vehicle from another provider using the exact same paperwork. The experience was made worse by the representative at the counter, who was not only unhelpful but also made an inappropriate and irrelevant comment about my choice to keep my maiden name after marriage—something entirely unrelated to car hire. The situation became even more stressful when I discovered that I had to spend almost three times more to secure a replacement vehicle, leaving me in debt. The representative also failed to clearly explain the cancellation process. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. I would never choose this company again.

We had a great experience with sixt. The service was quick and efficient. On a way back our car was checked within an hour. Everyone we dealt with were polite and professional. We also rented a car for nearly a month and didn’t have a single issue, either with the vehicle or the customer service.

Trying to scam customers. Overcharging, telling u price for full insurance , which is high already 25€ per day, but then will add VAT on it too. Not making it clear to customers.
Don’t rent from them, try to avoid this company

Don't rent any car here, the staff is rude and afterwards they claim multiple damages which were there before the rental! They don't respond on emails and just send an ridiculous high bill.

I made A reservation on a manual car. When I arrived to receive a car it was automatic.

Polite staff, good car, no problems after return. Recommended.
