Entgegenkommender Kundensupport

Obwohl bei meine Flatpadels vier Ersatzpins beiliegend waren, musste ich welche nachbeschaffen, da (aufgrund der fehlenden NM-Angabe [1,5 NM]) diese nicht fest genug angezogen wurden.
Nachdem ich den Kundensupport angeschrieben hatte, dass ich die Pins in den Onlineshop nicht finden konnte wurden mir ein Beutelchen mit 10 Stück Ersatzpins kostenfrei geliefert. Auf diesem Beutlchen war dann auch die Drehmomentangabe für die Pins hinterlegt.

Super Kundensupport und Komponenten!

Hatte leider letztens Problem mit meiner Pedale und habe mich deshalb an den Kundensupport Gewendet. Der Support war wirklich top! Superschnell, mega einfach und total nett. Sie haben mir schnell mit einem Ersatzteil geholfen.
Klare Empfehlung!!!
