Wow Factor meets outstanding in a Variety Show of Style
Wow! Not enough superlatives to describe the excellent customer service. Maria was quick to respond to my delivery address error & could not do enough to ensure that the order was prioritised. The correspondence was friendly and personal . Not only are the dresses a stylised feast, the customer service is outstanding. When I am next in London to visit my daughter, a visit to the Townhouse to savour the whole experience is a must!

The best customer service I have ever experienced. So quick, very thorough and very personalised. Couldn’t have asked for more. I had issues with delivery and then a return and it was sorted straight away. Mia was excellent.

Fantastic Quality
I ordered the Diego blazer online and could not be more impressed. The over all quality is amazing for the price - especially the embroidery. Mia was hugely helpful when I asked about changing the delivery address. Will 100% be ordering again.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Sister Jane – it has truly exceeded all my expectations. When the bow to my dress was unfortunately misplaced by the dry cleaner, I thought it would be impossible to replace. Yet, Maria went above and beyond to source a new bow and send it all the way to me in Denmark.
This kind of kindness, care, and dedication is rare, and I am deeply grateful for the way you handled everything. Not only did you solve my problem, but you also made me feel like a truly valued customer.

I lost a heart -shaped button of my beloved first Sister Jane dress. I wrote the customer service. They helped immediately - the heart shaped buttons were no longer availabe, but they managed to get me a full set of buttons covered in the same material as the dress, so that I can replace all of them.

My go-to brand
It all started a few years back when I purchased a long summery gingham dress via ASOS and since then, I have been quite a regular costumer (especially this past year, I have been buying directly from their website). The shipping is SUPER prompt, at least in my case being based in London. Same with returns when things do not fit, and their customer service looks after you very well.

$46 in return fees to send back one blouse that weighs nothing??? Not worth the return fees. The clothing is meh and not worth purchasing if you have anything to return and I did— I found the items I ordered to use sub-par fabrics and styles are not as pictured. I learned the hard way. We recently introduced the option of pre-paid return labels, with the hope of making the return process a little easier and cost effective, especially for our international customers. As our team kindly explained, the fees are determined by our courier partners and are based on factors such as location, weight, and dimensions. We try to work with our partners to keep these fees as low as possible.
While we are unable to offer a lower fee at present, our team also shared alternative shipping options, including quotes from Parcel Monkey, to help find a more cost-effective solution where possible.
As a small, independent brand, we're always listening and learning. We're working closely with our couriers to explore ways to improve and most importantly make the return journey more seamless and affordable in the future.

I have shopped with Sister Jane several times now, great quality and gorgeous, whimsical vibes all round!
This is the first time I ran into an issue where I entered my delivery address incorrectly. I was concerned as the item had complementary next day delivery so once the order was placed I had limited time to try and rectify the error. I reached out to their customer experience team and the wonderful Mia was quick to respond and fix the typo for me. The delivery wasn’t delayed and it’s going to the correct address - thank you Mia and Team!

The BEST customer service I have ever experienced.
I emailed looking for missing button for a dress that I had. I received a response from a gorgeous girl called Mia, who did everything she could to help me.
Not only did they post me one button, but several buttons for the dress.
I was blown away!

I bought a fabulous dress, which I always have so many compliments about whenever I wear it, but also had some items to return. My refund was processed really quickly but there was an issue with one item. The team were in regular contact and were really kind and the issue was eventually resolved.
