Great service

As a small letting agent, we have to stay up to date with technology to ensure we give our customers the best service and our staff are as productive as possible.

Sirus’ ‘Victus’ system has given us the edge on our competition in so far as dealing with customer calls and managing our database efficiently and the investment in our telephony has paid itself back sooner than we could have expected.

Excellent service

Excellent service, prompt response if ever the need arise for emergencies. Installed multiple computers, server and internet based phone system with 3CX integration, enhancing our workflow and call management. Highly recommended.

Great company to work with.

So far so good! Sirius have looked after our customers comms for some time now and we have finally moved our comms over to them.

They have been excellent in regards to answering any questions in have had, no matter how obscure they may be.

We have no issues to report so far, we are currently running our new Sirius setup and our old comms providers setup in tandem and during this time we have had no down time or issues with Sirius, but have had a consistent intermittency with our old setup. Which shows the difference in the quality of service!

Our new setup has in effect saved our business money as it comes in around £40 cheaper per month than our current setup when all of the extra charges our previous provider didn't tell us about were added on. Not to mention the time it will save our business.

Great company to work with.

Amazing service and support

Amazing service and support, especially as the whole country was being locked down due to the Covid19 pandemic. Great honest company.

Great Service, honest company that really want to help small businesses like me.
No hesitation in giving a 5 star review, thought I needed something more complex, the guys could have charged me more for something that I didn't really need, but gave solid honest advice, found the right product and my bill is much cheaper. Hugely appreciated!
