Called this company up looking for a…

Called this company up looking for a rental with my two dogs.Firstly call was taken by a guy who could hardly be bothered to speak to me.Eventually after calling a second time was put through to a lady with the name C I think
She promised me she would contact owner to see if he would accept my two dogs
5 days in no call from this woman to let me know either way!
This evening got the same man who had zero interest in even opening his mouth to speak and when I explained how disgusted I was with the service all he could do was blame it on staff shortages

Avoid at all costs

Happy to recommend

It's been several months since we bought our new home and we love it. Ella was amazing. Really good service from initial viewing to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and Ella really went the extra mile. We will definitely use Sinton Andrews again.
