You buy some Weed from a company. They take your money. A day or two later. You get an email. Saying you need to purchase a 99% refundable US Customs boarder fee stamp blah blah blah. You fall for it. Nothing ever comes. Weeks later. They text you. Email you with a fee from Customs. Don't fall fir it. It's a scam..
Start working with the USC fraud division.. call and report this US Customs fraud to the Customs office. Who knows you may get a whistle blowers $$
Dont fall for it.
Scammers. US CUSTOMS will probably come to your house. If they need you. I'm just saying. Think about it!

IF I COULD GIVE -5 I WOULD. PARCEL SENT AND THEN HELD BECAUSE THEY WANTED ME TO PAY THEM £250 INSURANCE TO DELIVER THE PARCEL. UPDATED THE STATUS WHILST SPEAKING TO THEM AFTER THEY SAID THEY HAD ALREADY EMAILED ME WHICH THEY HADNT. RUDE AND BLUNT AND THEY ARE DEF CON MEN . DO NOT USE AND DO NOT PAY THEM

This company is terrible! They have had my shipment for a month. Granted it did come from China. It does tell how poor they are as they do not track there own deliveries. Unfortunately when you buy cheap products, you should expect sub-par shipping. Not that this review matters because no one would choose this shipping company, and no company would tell anyone they use them. If you see this company listed as shipper do yourself a favor and cancel your order immediately.

I'm not saying this. In Turkey, they tell your company on forum pages, trade pages and social media. Your Shipping Company is constantly being complained to Turkish State Institutions. A social group has been set up to complain to your shipping company.
SINOTRANS confiscated a simple order I made on Aliexpress. He doesn't give my property. Your company has made the same mistake to thousands of people.

My cargo with order tracking number 2752682759469 and 2752682753672 "SINOTRANS MAKZUME LOJISTIK" The cargo company does not send my orders.
As you can see in the attached order form, I paid 100. USD of customs duty in advance for two small packages at the order stage. However, the cargo company wants customs clearance.
Your company said my order is over 150.EURO. However, my order is written on the attached form. My orders are paid for separately. You gave my orders two different tracking numbers. My one order is 100.USD and my other order is 100.USD. Two different orders. I also paid the customs tax in advance.

Do not use this company.

Charge you 12-15 days port to port end up 28 days port - port.
Charge you extra freight in Jan, and then ship the goods in March when freight price is much less. Terrible

First time I have used this company and will be the last.
I have paid for an air shipment which has been split by the forwarder, it should have arrived within 3-6 days. Three weeks later half the order got sent to the wrong address (even though i warned them the tracking said the wrong address and they reassured me it was wrong on the tracking and was indeed coming to me!) and the other half is lost in Hong Kong. Freightos just pointed me to the shipping forwarder (Sinotrans-Hangzhou) and take no responsibility even though I booked through them. Sino Trans seem to think it's my responsibility to fix their mistake. After countless emails back and forth between myself and Sinotrans-Hangzhou they refuse to arrange to change the address for where the second half is going to (even though it's not what I put on the paperwork). There reply was: ''Have you contacted TNT?Since the goods have been shipped from China, you need to change or find the delivered goods, we have no right to ask THE British TNT to handle this matter, you need to call TNT, and then inform the tracking number and you are the consignee, so that he can give you the corresponding operation.''

To which I said: ''This is ridiculous, I have PAID YOUR company to arrange for the good to be delivered from China to Cwmbran. I provided you with the correct address and even pointed out when it looked like YOUR company was making a mistake. YOUR company didn't listen to me, if it had the goods would have gone to the right address. This is YOUR mistake and YOUR company should solve it. I cannot believe anyone could ask me to solve it for you when I have paid YOU to do this service.

Outrageous.''

No products, no reply and no compensation.
