Pretty happy with the product and shopping experience. I needed to contact the company as the package did not start moving for a few days after receiving a tracking number. They responded promptly and I received my package within 2 business days.

I love SA it describes who i am wether its at the gym or casual hang outs i just find myself in there…. My friends are tired of me buying mostly your brand keep it up great work. One thing as a loyal customer that i would like to suggest i think having a variety of models representing your products would make customers feel closer.

My favorite brand for gym wear and street wear!! Carpenter jeans are so comfy and stretchy. Fast delivery is just a bonus!

My first and last experience with Sinners Attire. Purchased some jeans which didnt fit and attempted to create a return. The portal wouldn't work and I was basically called a liar, had to take screen shots/recordings of the portal not working before they stepped in to help.

They did not sign off their emails with a name so there was no one member of staff accountable and it wasn't until I looked on Companies House to find a directors address (which turned out to be 5 miles away from me) that their customer service kicked in.

Piece of advice, as a start up your foundations for business should be on the quality of service and product. Currently, you have neither and I highly doubt your brand will become mainstream.

While the clothing is of good quality, and the delivery was quick, I have unsubscribed from their marketing e-mails 4 times in the last 14 months - yet they always seem to 're-find' my address and bombard me with e-mails.
Just leave me alone.
Their address is now marked as spam and I'll avoid them in future purely because they've annoyed me.

I think this is one of those knockoff company’s. They are using the models and products from Fathersons clothing & Mauve clothing. Both these company’s are legit and good quality , I have purchased many items from them. This Sinners attire seems like a typical Chinese made garbage scam , fraudulently stealing the clothing / Model pics from the other two legit company’s.

Bout vest top excellent quality and good fit also bout 2 pairs shorts again excellent quality so bought another 2 pairs,have the inner lining also so got these for the gym will definitely purchase more when other colours come in

Wonderful products,know the brand 7 years now and am a satisfied customer,never had issue with the quality or the product losing its colurs over the years, They are doing a great job!

12 Feb 2025 .Another month passed and the issue still not solved,still not responding to emails. I understand that things like this takes a little bit of time but not over 2 months should be an easy solution , unless you dont want to solve this, afterall the company got paid and me with the complaint .Bought 3 items , 2 t shirts and a pair of shorts .both t shirst xl size one fits ok( trek tee) the other one looks like an m size( assault tee) did not fit at all way too small for an xl, shorts (aero shorts) L size again really small looks like an s i would say threads hanging everywhere looking like something from temu. Returned 2 items on 7 dec 2024, parcel got lost by royalmail and still waiting for a solution from sinners attire ever since. Really bad customer service not very responsive and it takes forever to answer.

Great brand with great customer service. Really great quality clothing, never fail to make a bad item always great with returns or any small issue. All the staff are really lovely and happy to help at all time no matter the issue.
I’ve bought from sinners for over a year now and I will continue to share and purchase their different types of clothing. Different styles all year round!
