Service was so quick, really good pricing from what I have seen. The breakdown was detailed yet explained each piece with a clear summary.

Not at all reliable.
I have used Simply Sensitivity Checks for myself and also recommended it to friends, but for a variety of reasons, over time I became less convinced.
I decided to do an experiment and I sent 2 strands of hair cut the same day, in the same part of my head, but sent under two different names and from two different emails addresses.
I have received both sets of results and the results are totally different.
I would not want to say that this company is a scam but the method is obviously not at all reliable.
I would suggest that staff from the company would do the same experiment, and if as I believe will happen, they realise that the results are useless, it is time to remove this from the market rather than make money from people who need real answers for their health.
I mean this in the kindest possible way, but I have spent a lot of money for this product over the years and I would expect the company to take this very seriously.

PS, as per the request below, I have sent in the reference of one of the tests but it is not possible to add all the necessary information in the form that I received in the email.
I would appreciate if the company could send me a direct email so that I can discuss it fully with them. Thank you.

I like how detailed the report is, im still going through it and reading.
I like how I had my suspensions about certain foods and it was confirmed.
The only thing I wish was a little more detailed is a little more information about what is causing inflammation. But very informative. Happy with my results.

I sent in the samples for a test for my daughter. After 8 days I hadn't heard back so I contacted the company in the early evening to check where it was at. I heard back 13 minutes later from a representative who wrote 'I've checked your order, and I can see that your sample hasn't arrived at the lab yet.' Then 3 hours later I received another email to say that my results were ready...weird. I quickly cast my eye over the results and decided that they must have sent me someone else's results because these ones did not look right. My daughter is highly reactive to all jewellery metals other than stainless steel and will break out in rashes and welts. This test said that she was fine to wear any of the metals except lead...could not be more wrong. I went back and forth with the customer service which appeared to be outsourced and kept coming back to me with cut and paste answers that did not match my questions. My daughter also has medium reactions to oats which cause her nose to run and this did not show at all in the results and was coloured green to say ok for her to eat. Needless to say, I completely lost confidence in this testing and the customer service was only able to offer a whole lot of word salad, cut and paste responses. Because I no longer trusted the results and would not base any dietary decisions upon them, I asked for a refund but was refused. NO, I would not recommend this testing and NO, I personally do not trust that this company is ethical and above board. IMHO this company is all about the money and not the quality of their testing.

Quick results. Very helpfull. Can adjust my diet now hopefully good results
