I saw the simply personalized ad on prime it said, "17.99 for a personalized front plate and for the combo add $3 more and get a license plate frame. In about 6 days a package came with just a frame. I immediately emailed them and they replied the very next day saying that the combo was $35. This price wasn't any where on their ad. The invoice in the package listed the plate as well as the tag. I still have that invoice if you care to correct this issue. Al Ramseur

My grandson has a new baby sister. Book was delightful.

I ordered a personalized jigsaw puzzle for my son who is staying in his NYC apartment to avoid coronavirus (thank goodness, successfully) figuring the jigsaw puzzle would help him from going stir-crazy. The puzzle was like 2 others that we have ordered in the past which is a map of where he lives and the surrounding area.

The puzzle order was duly and quickly processed and my credit card charged. Expecting it to be delivered within about a week/week and a half, I then got an email that my order could not be fulfilled due to the pandemic (staffing issues?) and I would get my credit card account credited.

It took about a week but it was credited. Disappointed as this would have been a great thing for my son.

My order still hasn’t come and you’re asking me my opinion? My order was supposed to come last week and was told it was shipped March 27 but really it’s still in the hands of DHL and hasn’t reached USPS yet. My boyfriends birthday has passed already so it doesn’t take 2 weeks it takes a month to get the product? Not worth the $80, really wish I went anywhere else.

I didn't know I was making an order out of the country. Everything turned out perfectly! The book is BEAUTIFUL and I highly recommend your company. I will be making another order very soon. Very interesting to read all the LA Times headlines over the years.

The Bible is even more beautiful in person. It has a nice shimmer to it. The print is a little small but the Bible is very thick. This is a great bible for communion pictures. Only problem is I had it personalized and now the date of my son’s communion might change because of the virus.

This was for my great grand daughter that just became a big sister. She loves the book. Mom, my grand daughter reads it to her and they discuss every page. It's a real hit.

I wanted to do a return from a product I bought because of the poor craftsmanship.

The personalized book that I ordered for a relative for Christmas was high quality and the recipient was excited to receive it.

However, this company's business pages (Google listing, Facebook page, their web site) show that they are based in New York. Your items will actually ship from Scotland.

The online ordering system showed that the book I ordered would arrive before Christmas with time to spare. However, there was no order tracking, and I noticed after the item was received that it was actually sent from Scotland (using dropshipping).

I would not have ordered holiday gifts from this site if I knew the item would need extra time to ship from overseas. The book did not arrive until after New Year's, and it was unexpected because this company misrepresents where items will ship from.

I would order from this company again, with the caveat that you need to allow weeks of extra time for gifts to arrive.

It took a long time to receive a notice that my item shipped. Much longer than the promised 5-8 days. I had emailed you regarding when my order would ship and never heard back. Still haven’t received my item but it will be a very late birthday present for the person I ordered it for.

I would like to recognize Yvette in Customer Service. Due to my error, my puzzle (which is so fun!) got stuck at the post office. She was willing to go above and beyond to help me get my package, and voila, it arrived yesterday! It is such a fun idea, and we are enjoying the putting together the puzzle of our home.

The product I order was deliver and I am satisfy with the item.
