Ordered a new tap from Simply Kitchen Sinks. It took about 5 days to arrive, I was a little disappointed at the look, slightly different from the web, but everything else seemed okay until we fitted the tap, but noticed it was crooked. Checked the worktop and sink to make sure they were both level, but they were, it was definitely the tap.
Emailed Simply Kitchen Sinks with photos, 3 times, still no reply yet!!! Here's hoping?
Ordered from this site as it was the cheapest I'd found for the sink I wanted. The sink was sent out quickly and I didn't have any problems. Good site and competitive prices
Just a quick review to comment on excellent service and backup. Item delivered a couple of days after ordering, exactly as quoted on the order. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged, but a call to customer services sorted the problem and a replacement was received the next day. If only all companies could be relied upon for such support.
