Found Berghaus Paclite waterproof trousers at a good price, all sizes for the family available arrived 2 days later. New company for me will go to again I need gear.

Always been a fan of Jetboil, and used the pan rather than companion cup when wild camping with my wife. I am reducing kit size and weight in preparation for my Cape Wrath Trail adventure next spring, the companion cup is very compact, as the container is so compact boil times seem faster too.
An excellent accessory to everyone's jetboil kit, very pleased with price and customer service.

Fast delivery and prompt service

Bought a map holder, designed for walking but used in on a week long cycle touring holiday (was much cheaper than the cycle specific ones). Good quality, fitted map well, could read both sides. Obviously not designed for bike so had to work out an attachment method, but once I had done that it worked very well. Quick delivery. Would use again

These Berghaus boots are a winner, great comfort and and lightweight.

Required a new pair of waterproof trousers as the existing ones were leaking. Very disappointed in them as they were less than a year old. Looked around for a decent Gore-tex set and noticed that, in the Golf categories, they were very expensive. I came across SimplyHike and saw a pair of Berghaus for considerably less than the Golf sites. So instead of being Trendy I went practical and bought them (not a Trendsetter anyway).

These poles are very, very sturdy, yet very light. They work beautifully with my tarp or would also be suitable to hold up a large tent canopy.
Ordering was trouble free and they arrived within two days, well packaged, and with order tracking available.

I bought a collapsible bucket. It was delivered on time and is invaluable. I live in a small flat with very little storage space and the kitchen is minute. I can use the bucket, leave it to dry out, collapse and store it in the cupboard that holds my rubbish bin. I love it.

Would use again as preference. Hassle free and rapid service. Web site easy to navigate and checkout painless and straightforward. The tent I purchased was well packaged, new and as advertised. The price was the most competitive I could find including postage.

Did a fair amount of research before deciding on the Wild Country Trisar 2. I'm really pleased with my purchase. It's not the lightest of tents but it's robust & stable with plenty of room if you want to use it as a base tent for one rather than backpacking.
Delivery was fast & efficient.

I was pleased with the purchase I made from Simply Hike. The item arrived well packed and in a timely fashion.
At the time of ordering I was not given the option of having the item delivered on a certain day or to a certain place which was a little inconvenient.
I received a text message to say that it would be delivered on a certain date and to text back if I wanted to change these arrangements. I text back to request that the item be delivered on a day when we would be in to receive it. Unfortunately the item arrived the next day and was delivered to a neighbour that we do not know. We had a delivery note through the door to say that it had been delivered to a neighbour as we had requested. I had not requested this and was unhappy that this had happened.
