Gypsies, tramps and thieves

Sent phone to them as 'damaged' as they offered a price for a working phone with a cracked screen. They then changed their mind and said it was worthless. The photo they attached of the 'damage' was totally unclear and useless. On the website, they promise that if you're not happy with the price offered, they will return it for free. Despite numerous attempts contact with them, they haven't returned it. Effectively, they have stolen it. Not a trustworthy company, they don't respond to customers. What a complete waste of time. Avoid like the plague.

Conmen

Conmen - Stay away from them. Sent a perfectly good iPhone into them and they told me that the screen was damaged. I thought something like this may happen so I took pics the day I sent the phone and of the great packaging I used. I am in the process of taking them to the small claims court. Please don't fall for their dirty tricks
