Simply Dress’s no-refund policy is…

Simply Dress’s no-refund policy is designed to force the customer to buy, whether you like it or not. You’re forced to purchase, and if you don’t like the fit or any other dresses, you automatically get store credit. You’re forced to spend your dollar with them. I would never purchase again from this online store or any store with such a policy. I lost $800 with them. None of their items fit properly.

Lena coat/ jacket

The garment looked half finished. It was down almost to my ankles - should have finished mid thigh. Pockets had no hem , just slapped on and sewn around - truly the eorst online shopping experience ever . And no joy from the company or PayPal - even when I sent comparison photos .
Simply Her was the company, supposed to be from QLD, Australia.

Great dress and you thought of everything

I have never trusted to purchase a dress online for really important events because you just do not know what you will get. I was beyond satisfied with my purchase. It was true to size. The bottom hem was purposely left longer so that you can tailor to your preferred length. The back had a flap type cover behind the straps that you can fold-in in the case that you wanted an open back or not. On the day of the event I was really comfortable in it, walking, sitting and dancing. Very beautiful fit and thoughtfully made.

Paid for express shipping didn't arrive in 2-3 days no refund

We paid for express shipping and the dress didn't arrive in 2-3 business days and they wouldn't refund me for the express shipping. I had to buy another last minute dress because the dress came after my daughter's prom.

Express shipping speeds refer to transit time once the package leaves our facility, and orders still require standard processing before shipment. Beyond my Expectations!

So happy I decided to place my order with Simply Dresses. After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I was able to find the perfect dress that came exactly as described and at a great price! Great quality and timely shipping. Very satisfied!

Should have read their return policy…

Should have read their return policy better before purchasing. You have to request to return an item, and then spend time waiting for your request to be approved. You end up paying shipping both ways, and then you’re only issued store credit - no refunds. But I’m not interested in an exchange or any other purchase, so you’re stuck. Dress is pretty, but material is cheaper than expected. All in all, not worth the gamble of online shopping, and I completely regret wasting my time browsing this site!

This is really a very bad shopping…

This is really a very bad shopping experience, the Open-Back V-Neck Short White Graduation Dress I purchased arrived after a long, long time and was much larger in size, I tried to get customer service to help me exchange it for another size or return it to me, but I didn't get a response to either of them, I originally bought this dress for a very important to me event and now I have to go around looking for a replacement for it! It's just awful.

Horrible

Horrible. Sent me an ill-made dress that had some huge bulging material sticking out of the stomach part, looked terrible, so I sent it back. Poor quality items. I found out they don't refund you, they issue you a gift card that can only be spent at their website, whoch nobody wants to do because their stuff is garbage. This website is scammy and a total ripoff.

Edit: And see their review...saying the exact same thing I just said. No refund, but a gift card to only their stpre to buy more of their sub-par stuff. No thanks.

complete scammers!! Beware!!

Do not ever use this company they are a complete scam!!! Had £50 of my money over a month ago an no dress! I reported them to fraud squad in bank today… I’ve emailed them at least 29 times no reply.. don’t go near this made up company Mscooco will take your money! Beware don’t buy from them!!

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I ordered a dress from them in September. I returned it because it was too small on me. The dress was well made and I would have ordered a bigger size if i had the time. I returned it and my item was received but until now I still havent received my refund.
