Catherine Gilbert dealt with our sale and purchase, she was always available to speak to and explained every process to us, she was extremely professional and friendly to deal with. The portal was easy to use and if Catherine was not available someone was always on hand to assist us. Excellent Service and Communication

I was recommended this company by my Estate agents and I was very happy with the service provided throughout.
Our house purchase completed in 8 weeks from start to finish, partly because there was no chain involved between both parties, but also because our solicitor was very efficient.
Our main solicitor was Olivia and we were kept informed at every stage of the process via email and sms text messages, her colleague Sarah then took over our case for the last week at exchange of contracts through to completion.
The Online Portal is also very useful, and it allows you to view the progress made at each stage along with any outstanding actions required between all parties.

We had a great experience with Simply Conveyancing, largely thanks to our solicitor Natalia who was outstanding from start to finish.

What we expected to be a fairly straightforward sale and purchase ended up becoming a very complicated and delayed chain, but Natalia did everything possible to make sure nothing on our side slowed the process down.

She was incredibly responsive – replying to emails quickly (usually the same day), always happy to pick up the phone to explain things clearly, and turning documents around very quickly whenever something was needed. She was also constantly chasing other parties in the chain to keep things moving where possible.

It was clear throughout that she genuinely cared about getting the move over the line and she went above and beyond to keep progress being made even when things were stalling elsewhere.

Moving house can be extremely stressful, but having someone as proactive, organised and supportive as Natalia made a huge difference. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to help get us into our new home.

They did a super job ,although we experianced some frustrating times , although every thing was sorted out ,i do think comunication especialy the solicitor herself was poor , it took over six months to sell and purchase a property not all my solicitors fault but she must take some of the blame as in the early days things went very slowly. I am quite happy completing sale and puchase, but i would not use this company again nor recomend them .

I would highly recommend using simply conveyancing. It is very convenient with everything being completed online, email or on the phone. Communication is prompt and every step of the process. There is always quick response to every query and support for a novice such as myself selling my late fathers house. Thank you kate and the team.

The best conveyancing firm I've used. Sobia was really helpful and kept me up to date with things. when the pressure was on at the end Sobia really came through for us.
The only negative is the mobile app and the website which can be frustrating when uploading documents as it doesn't show.
