Have not received my item yet. When I ordered before, it always came in good time. It’s been a very long time, and have received a review email, for an item I did not receive!

Great service. I ordered this last month and it came quickly and it was exactly as I expected.

I ordered The Personalised New Baby Harlequin Rabbit Soft Toy last week for my Niece's new Baby Girl -it arrived very quickly - wanted to check it out before forwarding the Present - Absolutely delighted - it is so cute and beautifully made - Recipient delighted as well.

I emailed Simply colors about my package which I DID NOT RECEIVE and I am yet to get a reply. Poor poor customer service.

Great service (easy to order, helpful telephone advice given, efficient turn-around) and great product (reasonable price for unique item, good quality material). Wanted to buy something special for new baby and his dinosaur-mad brother. The personalised shirts were just perfect. To quote the boys’ mother “they’re my favourite present for the boys this Christmas.”

I was delighted to find a company that could do exactly what I wanted in personalised clothing. Unfortunately, the items I chose were due to be discontinued so I had to compromise on colours. I still placed an order. Out of the 6 items received - 3 were incorrect! Two were the wrong colour and 1 had the wrong motif - equates to a 50% failure rate!
I spoke to the company on the phone who were as surprised as I was at the failures. Unfortunately, the incorrect motif could not be changed as there were no more tops in that colour. The 2 colour problems were replaced with the correct colours and the incorrect ones returned. These were xmas presents so time was of the essence!!
I was promised a refund of at least the postage that I paid to return the incorrect items but nothing ever happened.
Slightly disappointed in the whole thing.
The quality and sizing of the items were, however, excellent. I would certainly look at this company again if I required personalised clothing.

Bought a personalised T-Shirt and joggers for a 7 year old. Very pleased with quality of material and print.

The customer service received from Simply Colors, was second to none, they pulled out all the stops to get my daughters sports bag to her by Christmas, thank you very much.

It was a shame that what I had ordered online wasn’t in stock in reality. A member of the team phoned me the same day and I was able to choose different colours and still have the item personalised and delivered in time for Christmas (it was close!)
