After having used a difference brand of cbd Patches with good results, I decided to try Simply CBD as they were slightly cheaper.. Stupid mistake as there's obviously a reason for that.
The patches, although they claimed were double the strength of the ones I was already using, were completely ineffective and allowed all my pain to return over the time I was using them.
I contacted customer service, who simply stated no returns or refunds for products opened... This is great for them never having to refund as how will you know if they work if you don't try them??!!!. They were not interested in any of kind of resolution and ended our chat abruptly. Disgusting.
Avoid if you want results from a product.... They just don't care!!

I had an issue with an order and they have now rectified this for me with no issues. 👍

Very good products & very reasonable prices

The company June 205 is great and I have used their products for many years. They used to do the fruit gummies, which were lovely, but now only do apple ones. These are horrible. They are very acidic and burn my throat. They are all stuck together in a small jar. Almost impossible to get them out. I'm sorry, but after all these years, Simply CBD have lost my custom. I have recommended them to many friends who are now disappointed that they have discontinued the fruit gummies. I have wasted a lot of money, as I got 3 jars and I can't use them now.

I've used CBD oil for a while. I've tried a shop bought brand, but no impact. I did order some from the US. It worked but shipping was pricey.
It's good to find a UK brand that does the job.
I have chronic pain due to a range of complex conditions. I use the Black full spectrum oil. It really makes a difference

I placed an order on October 20 and received no order confirmation. 10 days later and no product, no shipping confirmation, or a reply to my two messages asking about the status of my order. Suspicious that there is NO way to email or call the company.

Product of high quality & quick service. Will always use these guys especially since it helps fund their doggie rescue business.

I have been using platinum strength cbd from Simply for a while and I have seen benefits with my joints and overall well-being. My wife now uses the red strength and the blue strength has helped my 13 year old dogs arthritis no end. Plus we get to donate to the K9 rescue with each purchase. I couldn't recommend Simply enough

Really wouldn't trust anywhere else for top quality CBD use it for myself and my dogs , ordered yesterday morning and have the order all ready thank you once again .

Delivery could do with being a bit quicker but overall very happy with this company

The bottle leaks as the lid doesn't screw on. Such a basic need.

I started using CBD on my 2 elderly dogs just over a year now,one of my dogs could barely walk within 2 weeks she was running around and the other one thinks she’s a puppy again!! Brilliant stuff

Easily to use website with secure transaction. Delivery normally within 2 weekdays but that also depends on courier and outside factors. The product is amazing. Helps keep my pancreatic girl well with their Entourage Aqua product.

I do not understand the bad reviews on here they must be made up . I have been using this company on and off for a year or so and ALWAYS found Brian extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to know more about CBD oil for my dog and Brian kindly emailed me a whole book on it so I could read how it works. I’ve never had a problem with “leaking bottles” they are always packaged up so well. The oil is great quality so absolutely no faults at all. Ppl just take pleasure from trolling small business , Brian is only trying to make a living like all of us are and provides a great service. 5 star ⭐️
