a great contract for cared for and carer

package/contract exceptional for a badly served community. installation was progressed quickly and on time. difficult to get jobs done well but you have fantastic. NowTv you are in business to make money but very good riddance

Had an issue getting the phone number…

Had an issue getting the phone number switched over but it was very quickly sorted with. All up and running with no problems. Brilliant service from the team.

So far so good

So far so good. Very good personal customer service. We have both telephone and broadband system operating via the Three mobile network, and this is far better than old copper PSTN connection we had previously. We went for this alternative solution as there is no sign of us having fibre optic connection in our area.

John and Nicola have been keeping you updated on our efforts to resolve this issue.

We've had Openreach check the connection they installed in your house and found no problems. We've also confirmed with 100% certainty that the issue is not within our network, as it would affect thousands of customers if it were.

We noticed you were using an older phone, which needed to be ruled out as a potential cause. Older phones sometimes don’t work well with digital lines, which are more complex than the old copper lines, so this process took some time.

However, we now believe the problem lies with the router. We've had another customer experience the same issue with a router from the same batch. A new router was sent to you on the 26th with next-day Saturday delivery, and we are confident this will resolve the problem.

We apologise for the delay, but it's very rare to encounter a batch of faulty routers. We hope you understand that we needed to investigate all possible causes.

Clear and simple communications

Clear and simple communications, do what they say when they say, and really good to have a call centre which you can phone back and actually speak to the person who is dealing with your account, or at least has knowledge of it. Also good to find a service which is genuinely geared up to handle the different circumstances in which vulnerable relatives can find themselves.

Was seamless and hassle free

Was seamless and hassle free, very refreshing to not be transferred to overseas call centre and they couldn't have been more helpful, kept me informed throughout the process. I had an issue after the BT engineer came and within an hour was fixed and phone up and running.

No need for a conventional BT landline. Was losing hope how to get a direct…

Was losing hope how to get a direct phone line for my mother-in-laws room in her Care home as her existing provider and BT were unable to help, when I read about this solution offered by Simple Telecommunications. And it works! The call-handlers Evan and Louise in the Provisioning team were very helpful and efficient, and at each stage of the process, I was kept fully informed and updated by email. Set-up of the equipment when received, was straightforward. Frankly, it was a pleasure to deal with this organisation. Thank you.

Porting my old phone number did not…

Porting my old phone number did not happen successfully. The problem was eliminated in about 5 working days. I am very pleased with the efficient service provided by Nicola, John, Louise and Evan. In fact the whole team at Simple Telecoms.

Switch to 1Phone Service

Switched to 1Phone service. Changeover seamless with no loss of service - very important as I can't use a mobile.
Easy to access support and help throughout. Any queries were responded to promptly and courteously.
Apart from one small hiccup when I was erroneously asked to set up another DD, which slightly delayed things (but was spotted and quickly corrected) the experience was painless.

Excellent Customer Service

Tony and Nicola went over and beyond helping my elderly parents when they had various issues with another provider and they helped managed to secure the existing landline number and get my parents on a better deal. Tony truly was a godsend and helped and assisted in matters that didn’t concern his company but he did offered to help and I was very grateful for his expertise and knowledge. I can’t recommend this provider enough all round they’re just customer focused and value their clients. Thank you so much from me and my parents for everything.

Couldn’t recommend enough!

I was trying to find a company to switch to for my grandparents as they had been paying a fortune elsewhere for a phone line and I happened to find simple tele coms.
