Easy and simple
SimpleSite is easy to use, good service for non professional web site designers. I'm not giving it full 5 star rating because there are some things I found hard to implement or it doesn't work on site (example: google cal). Beside that it is very good service and I can recommend it.

I don't really have too many problems with my simplesite and the workers are very cool and polite. I like how I can put my own videos of but I wish they were a little longer than 10 minutes.

There is no specific set limit to video length, so you should be able to upload videos longer than 10 minutes as long as you have a very stable internet connection. The most important factor is the video file's size (Not the length but the amount of data contained in the file) as that will determine how long it takes to upload.

Great experience with simplesite
My experience with simplesite was awesome and I will definitely use it in the near future as well as my friends. I would like to give special credits and many thanks to Andres from customer service, who used Google translate in order to understand my first greek email. Mostly excellent service. Prompt and good communication from the help desk. Site could have some amendments. For example, it is not possible to make photographs smaller on the site. There are also large gaps left between photographs and text.

The URL is the same as the domain name. URL is the website address, where the domain is the website address name.
So if your domain name is bigflowers.com, your website address is https//:www.bigflowers.com.
At SimpleSite it is only possible to have a domain name on a paid PRO plan, and it is also only possible to have ONE domain name registered to one single website. Therefore it is not possible to have two domain names direct to one and the same webpage (url).

the support you get is really goooooood. Its not that they say, no cannot be done, they really think with you. Although Simplesite has its limitations, its not bad if you want to start simple and when you get the hang of it, you can change provider and expand your experience and knowledge of how to build a website.

Please know that sales are not tied to the amount of views. Every time you view your own website, it counts towards a view. There are also bots crawling the internet, including your website page, and this also counts towards views. In short, these views can add up without them being customers!
Besides this, having a website is only the first step towards making a sale. Sales is a complete area of expertise of itself and consists of more than just your website, it all depends on your product, your niche, your visibility, word of mouth, ads, social media and much more, in order for people to decide to buy with you and not someone else, especially in the online world.
SimpleSite is in the business of website building, and we offer people the opportunity to use our template- based website builder to get online! Although we are not experts in sales and marketing, SimpleSite does offers a blog with some tips and tricks here:

Easy to setup!!!
It’s easy to setup and change anything you post. I love the slideshow! There is only 2 thing’s I wish it had more of, colors to choose from and a page number for the other pages. People don’t seem to click on the 3 little lines for the next page. Simplesite does give weekly updates on how many times ur site is visited. Which is awesome! In the last 2 years I’ve had a whole lot of people visit my website. I’ve had good luck!
