What a regretful experience

This place is an absolute disaster. Poorly made direct from China products and horrible service. They forgot 60kgs of my weight set then told me that the set didn't include the missing products.

I had to exchange several emails before they admitted they messed up. It took over another month before I got the correct products.

In the emails I complained regarding quality and these comments were ignored.They ignored several emails as well and when I called they told me to email.. what a scam.

These people are crooks. Buy from mega fitness shop instead and you will be so much happier. The service is levels above these grifters

I would happily pay double elsewhere to have avoided interacting with Simple Products.
