It's been easy to navigate through scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. It's been also helpful to have support readily available via chat. I just wish sometimes that talking to a live representative will be more accessible and the waiting time was a lot shorter. Sometimes just talking over the phone simplifies things rather than typing out the problem or question via chat or email.

I enjoy Simple Practice overall. The platform makes it easy to keep everything in one place and has good clinical resources for new clinicians and veteran ones. I enjoy the treatment planning options and the calendar layout.

Simple Practice WAS a great tool. Then they increased their rates with very little warning. Recently they also changed their policies on PHI and User Data in very concerning ways. Steer clear!

They are very ambiguous about third party involvement and what they DO with data. (They will tell you what they don't do, but are unclear about the things they do, do with client and user data). They also tried to push this through in a very short time. Only when users pushed back did they give us more time. They haven't really provided solid clarity. It's very concerning. Many people are leaving.

As a group practice owners it's really helpful to have a platform that allows me to manage my entire practice from one place. While other EHR's offer this, Simple Practice is by far the easiest to use. There are some aspects that would be really helpful to have, hence the 4 star review. The ability to have more than 2 clients in a session (families, group therapy, etc) would be a game changer. The work arounds for this are exhausting. Adding the ability to create group files in Simple Practice would bump my review up to 5 stars.

I'm really happy with Simple Practice! Feels like having an assistant helping me run my practice.

I have appreciated the versatility of the platform and the intuitive UI. The client reminders have been such an integral part of our business and has really reduced the amount of emailing, calling, and ultimately reducing the overall No Show percentage.

Organization of all documents is so helpful. Great pre made templates. Only issue is that I have to purchase the most expensive plan because I am still under supervision. I wish that could be included in one of the lower cost plans

I was pretty upset about how they changed the plans and hiked the rate up really high with minimal customization. I have to pay for the highest tier in order to get the calendar sync, which is a standard thing for most other EHRs. Plus, I am paying for things I do not and will not want to use. It is just a waste.

I have found SimplePractice fairly easy to use and very helpful in managing a new, small counseling practice. It has been especially helpful in scheduling clients and keeping client records.

Simple Practice has been a game changer for running my private practice. I've appreciated the user friendly EHR and so have my clients. Simple Practice has made it easier to focus on the clinical work and not the billing, scheduling, filing, etc. Highly recommend!

SimplePractice is a must for private practice. It streamlines everything and makes it easier to run your practice administratively. It is easy to use and has a variety of features to make running your practice easier. I was able to create a website, manage my bookings, and it also provides a variety of templates for documentation. I highly recommend SimplePactice.

Simple Practice has helped me feel confident in building my own private practice business. I have started from scratch with zero business or private practice experience and it has truly made such a difference having a one-stop location for scheduling, EMR, billing, and more!!! Very well-done EHR that has the functionality needed for private practice. It's simple to use and intuitive.

This system is great!! From being able to take pictures of your notes, to income bookkeeping, many different note templates and it’s not only for therapist or mental health professionals. Starting off my private practice by myself this has been a life changer for me and not time consuming at all!!

I should clarify that I currently use Simple Practice on a very part-time basis, for 4 clients, and I've only been using it for a few months. I very much appreciate that Simple Practice has a customer support phone number that clinicians can call with questions. However, I have found the website confusing, especially when trying to determine how to upload my own forms. When I signed up, I initially didn't find the website to be user-friendly, and now - a few months later - I am still not totally comfortable with it and it feels like I am regularly in communication with Simple Practice's support team for guidance. I am hoping my level of comfort will increase with time and repetition! That being said, Simple Practice is offering a very important service, and I deeply value the services they provide.

Simple Practice is absolutely simple to use and works great from both clinician and client perspective.

Simple Practice has an EHR that has a quality presentation. It has a very professional look to it that I feel aligns with my brand. Many of my clients feel that logging in is even easier than when I have used Zoom. I feel scheduling easy and payment with the use of Stripe has streamlined my process. The trainings they have on various topics has been helpful as well.

I really enjoy how easy and efficient Simple Practice is. I appreciate all of the therapy documents already being uploaded because it helps both clinically and with the business. Simple Practice has been quick and easy to use and whenever I have a question the help team is quick in responding.

I love that Simple Practice is very user friendly and straightforward. If you’re unsure of how to navigate something, I can always ask for help or use google to find out how to take the next steps. I love all of the templates provided and also that you’re able to upload your own forms. Billing is also incredibly easy.
