Tried to con my elderly mother ordered a chair phone said the could not deliver but promised an instant refund. Never did it and now messing her about and really stressing her out. Scam on line store stay clear. Scammers

I ordered a Wheelchair for my Husband on a Friday and it arrived promptly on Tuesday. This Wheelchair was cheaper than the previous one he had and I must say it is better, lighter and the foot rest is higher and brings his legs up at a better angle. The back of the chair is more comfortable and the seat does not require any additional cushion, although I probably will purchase one when we go on holiday. Thank you very much Simpelife Mobility, not only have you made his life easier but mine also.

I got the bag I ordered in good time - no problem. If there had been more information on the website I would not have picked as it does jot have zip closure. It is a style that has a velcro patch to keep it closed and designed poorly leaving gaps on either side where rain can get in. I would like better information and clearer pictures on the Simplelife website to help choose. It was cheaper than other providers (who weren't much better with pictures and info).

Amazing delivery, ordered around lunchtime with standard 2 days delivery. Courier rang front door bell the next morning with the item. Time exactly as described and well packed. Can't go wrong with this company if its always like this. Well done!

We were pleased with a lightweight wheelchair we ordered .The wheelchair was exactly as described it manoeuvres easily and was comfortable to sit in.The cost was reasonable and delivery was prompt.

I have contacted Simple Life twice. Once to buy a wheelchair. The second time to find a cushion for it. Both times the service has been superb - very friendly and they really listened to what I needed. I would totally recommend.

Wheelchair received quickly. However, no response to either of two emails I sent.

My dad ordered a chair, delivered in just a few days. It wasn’t suitable so arranged a replacement, delivered in super fast time. Had phone calls confirming delivery, whether morning or afternoon, excellent service, really pleased to be able to say that Sue, who helped dad out was a superstar.
