Speed X-Four never worked on my iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 13 and iPhone 15 plus. Once I insert any SIMs using the cable, my iPhones stopped working as a phone. No reception at all no matter what I do to solve the problem. Simore customer service only repeats the same reply, which never helps me get the cable work. Speed X-Four I bought turned out to be expensive garbage.

I ordered the Speed-XI-Four SIM adapter, but it turned out to be incompatible with — or simply not working on — my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The “Mobile Services” option does not appear after inserting the adapter into the SIM slot, as shown in the instructional video.
After multiple chats with Simore customer service and providing five different photos demonstrating that I followed all instructions correctly, they suggested I return the item to Switzerland at a shipping cost of $69 — which is more than I paid for the product. Naturally, I will not pay more for postage than the item itself. They then suggested I send the electronic item as standard letter mail, which constitutes postal fraud under U.S. law.
This violates U.S. consumer protection laws, specifically the Federal Trade Commission Act, which prohibits deceptive practices in commerce. Furthermore, misrepresenting package contents for shipping purposes violates U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations and the Mail Fraud Statute (18 U.S.C. § 1341).
The merchant has refused to provide proper support or a shipping label to replace the non-functioning item, as required under U.S. law. I will dispute this transaction and report the company to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Federal Trade Commission.
Do not deal with them. They keep lying, saying that I claimed the device is working, while I clearly mentioned that it was my eSIM, not their device. I highly suggest avoiding this company.

Package has been on its way for 14 days, before arriving at my place, I first had to pay an additional 12 euros for customs, because Switzerland is outside EU. Part is working okay, but the customer contact and shipment speed is far below zero.

Its with reference to SIMore comment, on Jan 9, 2025, that if Governement has banned 3G devices like SIMore, then what can we do ?
So Just few questions:
1: Did you come to know , after I have informed you about the ban on 3G devices from Governments ?
2: If U knew it earlier, why you did not tell customers before, I cannot find any such warning on your website ?
3: And are you sure , device is not working because of 3G ban in Australia ? or U just believed my analysis ?
4: If it's really because of 3G ban , what are you doing now ? are you upgrading network & product ? or just waiting for SIMore to die down internationally being a legacy product ?
5: Have you put any warning on your website, that customer's from 3G ban areas like Australia etc should not buy this product ?
6: It should be product owner's resposibility to upgrade product with changes, else atleast warn users that owner will not upgrade product in future.

Please don't buy the Speed ZX-Four Nano SIM.
The product are connected via
FPC (flexible printed circuit, the white color part) which are easily damaged once you fold the cable.
Please everyone aware that, if you phone is not taken out. then it maybe a good choice.
The staff never warn me about this and offer a 10 dollars discount to repurchase again. It should be 10 dollars price to get a new one instead.
Now I am going to learn how to solder to broken part of the cable so as to save money

Good for frequent traveller but the app simhome doesnot work on android. it keeps on closing and the user have to open it see if he has missed a call or received a sms.
As per reply I have checked the app version and OS version, they both are fully updated. but still closing after some time.
Update:
App is still not running in background. I have tried on another Android phone but it closes automatically after sometime.

As the delivery didn't work a first time, they want me now to send a letter with my informations and 10€.
What is that for a service? Why all this discussion?

Simore Team, i have brought dual sim adapter zx twin nano sim for Redmi note 10. But, when I insert inside my sim card (slot in left side of mobile) the strip get folded since I don't have top sim slot and the dual sim adapter is design for top sim slot. I use it for a year but later it stop detecting sim. Might be due to folding of strip. Hence, this time I order another dual sim adapter x-twin nano sim for Redmi note 10. Hope this time I will not be disappointed by bending of the strip.
I bought the dual sim adapter for my iphone 11, and it works perfectly well. My only complaint is that I can’t activate both sims simultaneously, I can only activate one sim at a time.

I recently had a connection issue with my SIMORE E-Clips Triple SIM Adapter + WI-FI Router. All of a sudden it stopped receiving phone calls and messages on one of my numbers. I called customer service. They promptly answered and diagnosed my issue over the phone. They quickly and efficiently solved my issue over the phone. They provided me excellent customer service. One more happy customer.

I bought this device eclip box to use for android phone, connection is ok but it support only 3g service, why so that. Secondly, simplus app is not available on playstore. Only old 2019 version apk file is available on net.
Kindly update it and make sure to be available on play store for android devices.

Ordered a dual sim, supposedly shipped from Switzerland but actually shipped from China. Supposed to arrive in 15 days maximum arrived in over 35 days and I was already out of the country. Customer service of course was no help at all, and totally unaccommodating. Best to avoid if possible.
I read your reply.the dual sim as it did not arrive on time in the 15 days you promised. It took 35 seems you often have this problem It was not held up in customs at all according to post Israel it was held up on your end. I asked to return it unopened as I could not use it. You refused !! Instead of trying to satisfy the customer you are arguing and being inconsiderate. I will chalk this up as a learning experience. Next time I will read the reviews carefully first!!!
