Although the appliance was missing the LPG gas converter the company acted quickly to obtain the missing part and ensure the installation was legally compliant before people moved in. Would use again. Engineer and apprentice professional, courteous and tidy.

I needed a new exterior tap. The plumber turned up exactly on time, was friendly and completed the job perfectly. He even took the time to make sure the new tap fitted a garden hose and pressure washer. Couldn't ask for more.

Had the boiler inspected by a member of this company. He reported that a part was faulty and the complete boiler would need to be replaced at a cost of £5,722.00
I contacted the boiler manufacturer for advise and was informed that only one part needed to be replaced costing £177.00
I would not recommend this company.

The toilet installed by this company broke in under two years and caused leaking resulting in severe damages to the room. While dismantling cupboards, we discovered loads of disgusting trash left behind by workers that they thought would remain hidden. To make matters worse, during the initial installation, the workers were happily chatting away, wasting time, racking up their work hours and cost.

I received excellent service from staff at Simon Kelman. My bathroom was completed to a high standard, on time and budget. Thank you, Donnie and Nigel. Highly recommended.

After using this company for many years to service the boiler, when it developed a fault, after servicing it and 2 more visit to apparently fix the boiler they charged £400 to be told it actually needed a new boiler. They then gave a “free” quotation. Recommended this company in the past but have now retracted all recommendations. Their free quote was not accepted.
