I recieved a lamp that was different…

I recieved a lamp that was different from what I expected according the picture on the site. Customer support were great, they understand immediately and suggested few solutions until they made sure we are happy with the results.

Simig lamp

It’is 2 months I am using the simig lamp, and it is perfect!! The design very nice, materials looks qualitative.

The shipping was very fast a little more than 48 hours to receive it. Very well boxed.

I am super happy with it will probably buy more from them.

Great After Sales Service

Overall I have to say that I am very satisfied with Simig‘s service.

After I received the lamps in a timely manner I realised that the lamps had little flaws.

However, the after Sales Service was highly supportive and very reactive and helped solving the problems in an instant!

Highly recommendable and great experience!

Flowerpot pedant lamp

The company send email due the process, which is very much appreciated. Asked them to extend the cord which was no problem, free of charge. Was super happy with the lamp and can strongly recommend this website if you want to buy lamps. 10/10

They sell fake lamps and go under different names on the web, I bought from berkleylighting studio.
I didn't recieve the package and I keeping writing to them, but they refuse to refund me.

I have not bought anything but the price of PH lamps are so low compared to standard market rates that it is recommended to check with the distributor Louis Poulsen if these lamps are acquired via them.

No confirmation of order

Originally posted 12/04/2022: No confirmation of order. No response from company. Website encouraging me to place an order for items in my cart. No items are in my cart as they were ordered already. 690 dollars charged to credit card via PayPal. Home site says I cannot log on because the password is incorrect. No reset email has been forthcoming.
Update 12/23/2022: The company known to me as Berkley Lighting Studio but with billing via a company called Simig appears to make reproductions rather than original lighting products for a fraction of the cost of the real thing. So far this has been confusing to me but with two of the three pendants ordered now arrived, I am upgrading my initial rating of 1 star to 4 stars. Maybe that is optimistic, having the third pendant still in transit. The quality of these "reproductions" is amazing. I am blown away by what an awesome job these artisans have done in replicating the original Sky Garden Pendants for about 15% of the cost I would have paid. The fixtures arrived without damage despite the obvious rough handling (torn and dented cardboard with styrofoam flaking out through the box's defects). If the third pendant arrives as well executed as the first two, then this company will have made a convert of me.
3/22/2023: all pendants arrived in great condition a little while back. Huge cost savings and excellent product. Glitchy overseas shipping process but really responsive contact through customer service. Would consider using them again.

Bottom line is that you can get a perfect replica of very expensive lighting fixtures for huge savings if you are willing to wait a little.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I never received the product that I ordered, and nobody responded my requests. This company is fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Edit 14.12.2022: I never received anything from the company unlike what they are stating below. They never responded any of my emails and the addresses on their website are not working. Luckily Pay Pal refunded me the money back.

After one month of waiting for my order I wanted to cancel it and get a money refund:

"We have a rule that personal reasons malicious rejection, bear 30% of the order amount, up to 100 euros compensation high return for double delivery fee, includes the shipment cost back to original delivery address."

What you said is not true, first of all you order on our website you should abide by the shipping and process time of our website.

You ordered the light on 10.23, we arranged the shipping within a week and the light arrived on 19th November, the shipping actually took only 2 weeks, we chose a fast shipping for you, and you want to cancel the order due to personal reasons, all of our time is within the scope stipulated by the website, you rejected the package, we not only cost the shipping cost, but now we have to pay the return shipping cost, we think this is unreasonable.

Serge mouille lamp

Bought a lamp this august, and it took quite a while to arrive. Therefore I read some reviews online, and was quickly worried it was just a scam. I contacted customer service about the shipping time and they replied within the hour, and were very helpful. I later received my order, exactly as it was described online. Would 100% shop here again (but do expect a wait on delivery)

VERY BADLY MADE FAKES

I wanted a specific light made by a French designer. I found a picture on Google which took me to the Simig website where I saw all the designer photos and duly ordered three lights from the collection. I was a bit taken aback when a scruffy box arrived from China some weeks later but not half as appalled by the quality - they were shockingly badly made fakes!
They offered a discount which I refused - they're way too bad to keep. Then they said I have to return them at my own expense (GPB85!) and then customs trashed them.
So this whole experience has cost over £400 and I have nothing to show for it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Please go back and avoid...

Careful! Absolutely unreliable supplier and delivery logistics! I placed an order at the end of November for 3 items and 3 packages with three "tracking numbers." The first arrived after 1 1/2 months without problems. The second came in a totally crushed box, in pieces, and almost all the parts were missing, and one corresponded to nothing, 15 days later at the end of January. I made pictures of the crushed package broken pieces. The customer service offered to send me the lamp, but I noticed in their email that it is not the model originally ordered (not available on the site now), but a much cheaper model. Despite my remarks, I have answers, but they do not answer my question. The third package is "officially" at customs, and the supplier tells me that I have to take it out of customs in Roissy. This is inconsistent since this problem did not occur for the first two. After calling the transportation company in France, Chronopost, the package is not found, and I have to turn to the supplier, who will be reimbursed.
Now it is New Year in China, and the answer is that everything is closed for 15 days! I asked for a refund. I will make an update if I am refunded.

This is the same shop as 'homelights'. I have got a really bad experience with bying a fake table lamp from Kartell. The customer support service is really bad, and by bad I mean rude and very unprofessional.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site.
Appears to be selling high end European lights, with prices charged in Euros. Plastic imitation arrived from China two weeks later.
Company then refused to provide details for a refund, offering "discount" instead and sent some very aggressive emails when this was challenged.
Agreed to refund after Paypal claim made, but provided return address in Chinese characters only and return shipping estimate was more than the light cost.
Paypal closed the case in my favour, refunded me and said that the are getting multiple chargeback requests. Avoid.
