Sent money 20 hours ago and has not been received. The customer service keeps on sending one ambiguous message that answers not a single question I asked. Quite a bogus first-time experience!
Lately there services are diverted to a voicemail no human being to talk its VERY frustrating when an error is made,like in my case. I entered the last digit of the mpesa phone number wrong. And i lost my money.
Yes it was my fault however if there was an instant efficient service like being answered by human being my mpesa money could have been retrieved.
When using other transfering services from UK like western union mpesa money transfer,dahabshiil money services there has been an advantage of talking to some one and that way incase of error it can be immediately rectified. As well as before mpesa money is transfered to recipient, them dahabshiil in Nairobi will ring the person receiving the money to confirm if that's the right person.
Perhaps you should consider this approach?
