They are stealing other companies photos. These are not there designs and photos.

Horrible. Order a name necklace they made the second letter capitalized not the first letter so the necklace looks stupid. Order earrings the second letter was supposed to be a Y, it looks like a backwards letter. Now they are saying I should be responsible for the freight back and give me 50% credit. No per their website if it’s their error will refund , have been going back and forth for over a week, now time to contact my bank. I will never order from them again. Wish I could upload the pictures on here!!!!

Been waiting well over a month the tracking that they sent is very unhelpful it rarely gives updates. Today I received an update in the tracking that said it was delivered 10 minutes ago. I went out to my front porch. There is nothing there. This company is a huge scam and I would run fast from it.

Absolutely love this company! I had questions about my order messaged them on instagram and got an immediate reply, best customer service fast delivery and very nice products I love the gold rings, name plates, and chains. Will definitely be returning!

I bought a QUEEN NECKLACE SET received it on Thursday n it BROKE THIS MORNING. I only had it for 3 days n now it’s broken. How can u all help by sending me another one.

I would give this store a 5 star but the person who write backs name blink is so rude .. my chain that I love with a picture of my mother on it broke .. I take care of my jewelry very well it's just the clip is not secure so much it broke off .. all I ask what was I needed help .. blink said jewelry need to be well taken care of & can give me 30 % off .. I wasn't expecting that from him or her .. what I was expecting as a customer is how can we fix it .,, so yes I will not be ordering anything from here anymore..

My experience went very well! My jewelry did come how I ordered it. At first I was nervous to order because you never know what company is a scammer! But Silviax is definitely not, the jewelry does take some time to arrive so I’d say order ahead of time if you were wanting your jewelry for a specific occasion.
