Absolutely a horrible experience

Absolutely a horrible experience!
One of the workers was incredibly rude and loud towards my younger sister and my father, and kept repeating things loudly, as if they couldn't hear and understand. They didn't do anything wrong or rude, so I believe she was just very racist. When another customer came up to her, the tone changed instantly and she was sweet, which was not how she was earlier with us. Her name was Susanne, and I sincerely hope anyone else won't experience that kind of service ever! We had to leave and go to another store, jem&fix, because of that treatment.
