The Click and Collect system is a bit too complicated for a new customer which slowed the processing somewhat. In addition. one of the support posts I received was defective in that it cracked midway at a knot when started to pound it into ground and required gluing and binding with steel wire to restore it.On the other hand, the wicker Da Nang screen fully satisfied my need and would have earned a much higher rating were it not for the above-mentioned problems.

If you want to buy an item that is in stock in one of our stores, press the Click&Collect button to add it to your basket, then choose which store you want to collect from. After a maximum of 30 minutes, the order can be collected. Silvan would like to receive an email regarding any challenges with the above process, and we will immediately investigate this further.
If you are so unfortunate as to have received an item with errors or similar, simply contact the store or by email to Silvan customer service and we will find a solution.
