Bought 32gbs ddr5 6000mhz ram and…

Bought 32gbs ddr5 6000mhz ram and within 3 months it was dead. They refused to replace my ram and instead offered less than what I paid for it... (30% lower than what I paid or something along those lines)

I understand not being able to replace the ram as there's a shortage but at the very least I should be compensated The full price paid.

Bought a simple pair of wireless…

Bought a simple pair of wireless earbuds from this company, and after 10 days of no shipment confirmation, I message them, and they are like "this is fulfilled by another vendor 1MORE, message them".... WTH?! So I message them, and they are like, "no we have no idea what this and have no information bout the order." So then I message SP again, and they just ghost me. LOL, so I just did a charge back and am leaving 1 star reviews all over the internet about them. Good job guys, really trying hard I see!

Buyer Beware - Planned Obsolescence

The 4tb m.2 I purchased was over FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS and it went bad in under three months. There’s actually a ton of reviews saying the same thing happened to them but they’re buried beneath fake, ai reviews on Amazon. I wish I payed more attention to the online reputation that SP had before buying anything from them. They make absolute garbage products that are designed to stop working shortly after their warranty window. Do not purchase anything from them. Buyer beware. Disgusting planned obsolescence.

I think they are the best⭐

I think they are the best⭐
REceneylu I wanted to boot my computer so I needed to back up my files but I not have good internet so cloud is not option because it will tkae me like agess to back up my data there.
So I needed to choose some hard drive which is cheap but also fast and my choice was betweeen Transecnd and SP and then I went with SP because it was like only 5$ more but better beacause USB 3.2 was there. It was super fast and its pretty powerful, it has built in cover to withstand damage. Only thing - cable that comes is a bit short like maybe 20 CM, need at least 50.

Poor Quality and No Service Centres in Your Country

I purchased the Silicon Power 512GB Superior Micro SDXC UHS-I (U3), V30 4K A2, and after just a few months of use, it stopped working completely. When I reached out to their customer support, they asked me to send the defective card from Portugal to their office in the Netherlands for a replacement.

It’s been a while since I sent the card, and I still haven’t received any feedback or updates from them. The whole process is frustrating and has left me without a working product.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of communication from Silicon Power. This has been an awful experience, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

UGLY company to deal with

In July 2023, I purchased a Silicon Power SSD drive 2TB. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, the SSD drive began to exhibit critical failures and lost my data, severely impacting my system’s performance and reliability. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to enhance performance and data security.

On June 7th 2024 after sending it back to you a few months back now, I contacted your customer service team and provided all necessary details, including proof of purchase, detailed descriptions of the issues, and my contact information, as per your request. I was assured that the matter would be resolved promptly and that a replacement product would be dispatched.

To date, I have received neither the replacement SSD nor any meaningful communication from your team regarding the status of my case. This prolonged delay and lack of responsiveness have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

The customer service I have received so far has been deeply disappointing. The unfulfilled promises and lack of follow-up are unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect timely and effective solutions to issues, especially those that are covered under warranty.

Hardware and Customer Service of the lowest possible Quality.

Silicon Power sell you cheaply manufactured and defectives hardware, marketing it with "Years of Warranty", and then blatantly making a fool out of you - the consumer - by denying you that warranty and making it extremely difficult.

I purchased three A55 1TB SSD 2.5" drives. These drives are so incredibly cheap that two of them already are dead. I LOST IMPORTANT DATA JUST LIKE THAT on BOTH DRIVES.

I have a third one which I gifted to a relative which I will now take out and replace with a quality SSD.

Please, people. Hear me out. Do not purchase Silicon Power hardware.

The drives have 3 years warranty and 3 years have not passed yet, and Customer Service is making it extremely difficult for me. Does not want to replace/repair the SSDs under warranty. They do not even understand proper English and they act totally unprofessionally.

I contacted them multiple times for this and provided all the information needed and they send me a RMA Excel Sheet with Taiwanese letters that I do not understand and tell me "Help us fill this out" - while I provided EVERYTHING that is needed for it. I don't understand Taiwanese, and their replies have been incredibly unprofessional.

"Please show us a screenshot how the disk went bad", although I provided them with all the information and screenshot they needed.

If you purchase Silicon Power products you are entering a PIT of stress, nerves, and you will still LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY because you purchased a cheap product.

Do not buy Silicon Power! You have been warned. Even if you have warranty THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, and I am looking into ways to report them to EU for not honoring their warranty in EU.

Scammy Psychopath Business

Silicon Power is controlled by psychopaths who scam about how high quality their products are. Their products are not waterproof, shockproof, or dustproof. Their products are overpriced junk that don't last long. In much less than a year, they start malfunctioning. All of this proves to me that the big tech industry is controlled by very wealthy psychopaths who screw over lower-class people with overpriced products. My money has been wasted on overpriced products designed to malfunction in much less than a year. Which is how I paid for 2 overpriced products that have malfunctioned in only one year. But these greedy psychopaths who control Silicon Power don't care. They don't care that my family pictures that were saved on storage devices are now gone forever because of intentionally malfunctioning products. Don't buy anything from Silicon Power from Amazon, Newegg, eBay, etc. if you want to have your family pictures, family videos, personal music collection, very important documents for taxes, and other things be sacred on a storage device by lasting forever without any malfunctioning happening at all. Silicon Power should be sued, bankrupt, and out of business because of its stockholders scamming customers. My microSD card has lasted much longer than Silicon Power's overpriced junk.
